Café da manhã foi um dos melhores que já vi em hotéis

O primeiro quarto estava com ar condicionado quebrado, só tinha uma toalha para duas pessoas, não tinha tapete no banheiro, tive que pedir para trocar de quarto. Não gostei do custo de pagar estacionamento por fora

Cons:

Infelizmente a experiência no Mogano Express Hotel foi muito abaixo do esperado.
O check-in levou mais de 30 minutos porque havia apenas um funcionário atendendo na recepção em um sábado à tarde, o que demonstra falta de organização e preparo para receber hóspedes.
À noite pedimos jantar e fomos informados que ficaria pronto em cerca de 30 minutos, mas demorou muito mais que isso. Quando finalmente ficou pronto, apenas um dos pratos foi levado ao quarto e fui informada de que deveria descer para buscar os outros dois na recepção, o que não faz sentido para um serviço de hotel, especialmente quando o site descreve “room service 24h”.
Para completar, o quarto não tinha toalha de rosto, apenas toalhas de banho.
São detalhes que, somados, passam uma sensação de descuido com o hóspede. Infelizmente não foi uma boa experiência.
O único ponto bom do hotel é a localização próxima ao aeroporto, porém existem outras opções de hospedagem em Chapecó que provavelmente oferecem uma experiência mais organizada.
