A stylish, centrally located stay with excellent service and a rooftop bar worth visiting.
Pros:

The location is perfect - close to all the main attractions and easy to get around. The service was amazing, with staff who were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The rooftop bar was a highlight, with great cocktails and a beautiful view over the city.

Muy buena ubicación en el Old Quarter. Personal y servicio amable, con buen buffet de desayuno.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer zentralen Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super und sehr zentral. Trotzdem hat man einen ruhigen Aufenthalt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Central location in OQ, clean room with great breakfast. The best thing were still the super friendly and helpful staff. They took care of our luggage the nights we went to Halong Bai and was supernice overall

Great hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel, the service was the best we have had so far in Vietnam. Great breakfast and we loved the rooftop bar. Our waiter Victor, was attentive and friendly and the cocktails are superb!

Pros:

Very warm and friendly staff. We're willing to help in any way they could. We went to Ha long bay for 2 days and they kept our bags for us while we were on our trip. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Rooftop bar was had amazing views.

Cons:

An attempt by the hotel to charge me credit card fee was UNACCEPTABLE !!!! It was not in the policy when I booked. The hotel waived this fee when I pointed this out and
tried to make up for it……..which is commendable !

Pros:

Beautiful property, excellent location, great staff and roof bar. We stayed in the Balcony Room on the fifth floor and there was no street noise at night. Would thoroughly recommend.
