חוויה מעולה וזיכרון מצויין מהמלון, תודה רבה לצוות שעזר לנו!

ארוחת בוקר מצויינת ועשירה, רמה מאוד גבוהה.
צוות שירותי בצורה נדירה, שמחו לעזור מעל ומעבר בכל בקשה.
המיקום מצויין ומרכזי, ועם זאת החדר שקט מאוד.

Cons:

כל שקעי החשמל מרוחקים מאוד מהמיטה. ישנו שקע אחד שנמצא ממש במרכז המיטה, ושם גם בקרת המזגן. לא נוח לשימוש לטעינה בלילה.

Pros:

Très belle chambre, très propre, lit très confortable.
Personnel particulièrement attentif et dévoué.
Hôtel très bien situé, près du lac.
Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, avec accès au buffet et aussi à la carte.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir laisser nos bagages à l'hôtel pendant la croisière à la baie d'Halong de 3 jours.

Would definitely go back with a front view window
Pros:

The location was excellent, staff went that extra mile for a perfect stay. However for the price the room had no window! I felt hemmed in, when visiting one of the sister hotels to use pool facilities I would choose that one, although out of my price range. We managed to change rooms for the last couple of nights at no extra cost with windows, however this was at the back of the hotel and a neighbour had 2 barking dogs. Hence my rating of 80%

Perfekte Lage zum Erkunden von Hanoi
Pros:

Vom Welcome bis zu der Verabschiedung perfekt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, das Zimmer wie erwartet, Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl und die Lage zum Erkunden von Hanoi perfekt. Die Nächte waren sehr ruhig, das Bett bequem, Wifi schnell. Wir haben auch den Fast Track Service am Flughafen und einen Transfer über das Hotel gebucht. Super Service. Wie auch in anderen Unterkünften in Vietnam, wird auf Kreditkartenzahlung eine Gebühr erhoben (meist zw. 3-5%). Wir haben Geld abgehoben und Cash bezahlt.

Best kept secret in the Old Quarter.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel du Lac in Hanoi. The location is perfect—close to everything in the Old Quarter, yet still comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were clean and beautifully designed, and the staff was exceptionally warm, attentive, and professional. From check-in to departure, everything felt smooth and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. And Lucy is the the best!

With the strength of its women, Vietnam's future is bright!

I was assisted by Clohè, who was fantastic at resolving some awkward situations. Very good!!! Even the all-female breakfast staff is also active and knowledgeable, and the food is fresh and varied, including western options.

Great Stay at Hotel du LAC
Pros:

Loved the location, just around the corner from Hoan Kiem Lake and the business of the Old Quarter. Lots of great restaurants and cafes within just a few streets of the hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and we're always happy to help with whatever we needed.

The staff here are excellent! My room with window to inner hallway was very quiet and room was comfortable. The breakfast was plenty and good!
