The place should be maintained regularly

Bathroom smelled like sewage, toilet didn’t work, empty dispensers in the shower, no daily room cleaning, WiFi didn’t work, no towels for the pool, no clear communication regarding breakfast, room service, pool times etc.

The music on the beach is just crazy loud.

1. Cobwebs in the rooms. And no shower gel 2. Cold pool. 3.
Garbage in the sea. 4. Rooms with a sea view, after dark, there is no lighting in the area. 5.
Dinner can only be ordered at 19:30 + half of the items are missing. 6. Breakfast is at 9:00, and before that they won't even let you into the area with the reception and pool. The door is locked and not a minute earlier. 7. The pavement on the paths is half destroyed and your foot slips. 8. The stairs to the sea are covered in algae - can't they really clean it?

Staff is nice especially the one at the beach. The property should be kept more clean

Maybe the transportation to and off the city center. Maybe the hotel could arrange some transportation from a certain time in the evening or in the morning.

The service was very bad. Starting from reception, kitchen … and staff at the beach club.
Before booking you should know those things:
1. The rooms are not so clean, maybe, the staff doesn’t manage to clean it properly because of lots of tourists. But people don’t start there for free.
2. Breakfast starts at 9 am. I think it is quite late especially in the summer when normally people are going to the sea at this time.
3. During the breakfast the staff doesn’t provide you with water. They say that tea is a compliment. But the water will be included in the bill. What? We are not talking about matcha latte or cocktails. This is a bottler of water. It should be served during the breakfast. Please, go to the next hotels and see how they do it.
4. The hotel doesn’t provide you with the towel for the swimming pool or the sea. You should either take it with you or buy there (the quality is not so good). It is also a nonsense. If the hotel has a swimming pool, it has to provide the towels.
5. I had lunch near the swimming pool. I waited the burger for 40 min. They brought it cold. I asked to heat it do something. It passed 20 min. They brought the new burger, but it wasn’t cooked well, the potatoes were almost fresh. They explained it that the kitchen is preparing for the dinner… OK. Then don’t take money for that. I was sitting there not for free.
6. The staff at the reception is quite young. They can’t manage and run the hotel issues due to lack of competency.
7. I live in the room with the garden view. The view was perfect. But the room is located under the swimming pool. So when people have dinner and there is a party (it was that night), you hear every step and move. And it last till 1 am. Then in the morning you hear every move of the staff preparing the swimming pool area. I wouldn’t advise that room to stay in even with this view.

The location and view of the hotel if perfect.
But I wouldn’t stay there next time.
Splendid hotel is again the better one.

Our room was very noisy and we heard an engine sound all night. The toilet seat was broken, the shower head constantly fell off and the shower floor was yellow. Reception did not deal with any of our complaints. We asked for help to call a taxi, they did not. It is very sad to have such a bad business in such a beautiful location.

We had to pay for everything which is not common in any kind of hotel, and the time for handling the breakfast and using the pool and stuff was not match
