Great location and friendly staff!
Pros:

ブルーモスクなど主要な観光地まで徒歩5分ほどの便利な立地。空港からも、空港バスとトラムを乗り継げば、トラムの駅からは歩いて5分もかからない。スタッフはフレンドリーで、程よい距離感でサポートしてくれる。

Cons:

エレベーターはあるけれど、ロビーまで少し急な階段がある。スーツケースを運ぶのはスタッフが手伝ってくれる。地下の窓がない部屋もあるので、予約の際に確認した方が良さそう。

Great location, friendly staff, and a clean room made for a very pleasant stay.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the main attractions. The room was small but clean and well maintained. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the communication by email before our arrival was also excellent. Overall, we had a very good stay.

Pros:

Die Lage ist toll, man ist wirklich fußläufig keine fünf Minuten von der Aya Sofia entfernt. Die Gegend ist - dafür das sie total zentral ist - noch relativ ruhig. Das Personal ist extremst freundlich, zuvorkommend und vor allem bemüht, auf die Wünsche der Gäste einzugehen. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, aber was das Wichtigste ist - sie sind sauber. Das Einzige, was mir nicht zugesagt hat - war das Frühstück. Sonst habe ich keine weitere Kritik zu dem Hotel zu äußern. Gerne wieder...

Pros:

The staff were amazingly helpful. So kind. The location was the best.

Cons:

The room was small but we weren’t in the room much.The wifi speed was slow, so our internet kept cutting out.

Pros:

Wij hadden een familiekamer en dat zag er perfect uit. Groot en ruim genoeg. Personeel was echt heel vriendelijk. Hotel lag vlakbij alles. Veel restaurants en echt op loopafstand Sultan Ahmet.

Cons:

Geen eigen parkeerplek en je kan er met je auto niet voor het hotel om in en-/of uit te laden. Met de auto echt moeilijk te doen. Er zijn wel garages in de buurr maar eentje sluit om zes uur in de avond en de ander vraagt iedere keer andere prijzen. Duidelijk afspreken dus. Die is 24 uur open. Maar dit heeft niets met het hotel te maken natuurlijk. Voor toeristen is het wel lekker, dichtbij veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent! The staff was very nice, the location was great for the mosque and Sofia. I'd stay again.

Cons:

There was not a view from the room, but that is okay, we weren't spending time in the room, the breakfast views were great!

Lo recomiendo con mucho entusiamo!
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en el corazón del barrio Sultahnamet, donde quedan varias mesquitas y monumentos históricos de Estanbul, muy cerca del Gran Bazar, tiendas y restaurantes muy buenos y a un paso de los paraderos del tranvía y buses urbanos. El personal muy amable, la habitación amplia, muy limpia y muy cómoda. Debido a que teníamos que madrugrar para tomar un vuelo no alcanzábamos a desayunar, nos dejaron en la recepción unos jugos y sándwiches, un detalle que apreciamos mucho.

great location for peace quiet and good food
Pros:

great location , super friendly staff , great room cleaned daily, great pool area , close to a beach, 5/10 mins walk to several sea front restaurants. 20 minute walk into the port town
