Excelente ubicación y trato
Pros:

La ubicación y la limpieza son excepcionales.
Es muy céntrico y aún así se encuentra en una calle con muy poco ruido.
Las vistas desde la terraza son impresionantes, sobre todo por la noche.
Todos los días nos han cambiado las toallas y dejado la cama perfectamente hecha.
Y aunque parezca una tontería, siempre entrabas a la habitación y olía fenomenal.

Cons:

El desayuno. Poca variedad de frutas. Teniendo en cuenta que somos prácticamente todos extranjeros lo que prima es la comida turca. No tienen huevos, ni embutidos y el pan para tostadas era muy escaso.

Amabilidad del personal y limpieza del hotel
Pros:

Estaba todo muy limpio. El personal muy amables y atentos. Está muy bien ubicado y es una calle muy tranquila donde se puede descansar bien porque no hay nada de ruido.

Cons:

No tengo ninguna queja. Me parecio todo bien.

Pros:

Excellent location, super helpful staff, breakfast was more than sufficient and the hotel is definitely value for money. Overall, a lovely place and we would highly recommend it.

Cons:

A small suggestion.....why not have a can of air freshener in the bathroom? Putting used toilet paper in a bin tends to create unpleasant smells even when the bin is emptied each day.

Pros:

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedés, minden séta távolságra van. Nem kellett kiváltani istambul cardot, mert a hotelben kaptunk és csak pénzt kellett rátenni. Szervezték nekünk a hajókirándulást, transzfert, naponta kínáltak teával. A reggeli nagyon bőséges.

Cons:

Az ágy elég kicsi, de erre a néhány napra megfelelő volt.

Buyer beware. Ask about the details.
Pros:

Great location close to transport, food, and tourist sites. Friendly, helpful staff. Several options for breakfast.

Cons:

Very small room with limited places to put items except cupboard with mini fridge, so very warm space. Aircon that was sub par and as only one keycard, had to be turned off anytime one left the room so it became stuffy and warm again. Even at max we slept with no doona as too warm.
One tea bag and coffee sachet each for entire stay (see photo) and 1 bottle water first day only. No glass for water. Rules for room - no outside food or drink (see photo).
Worst was had to put toilet paper in bin beside toilet - couldnt flush. Very unsanitary. We are currently elsewhere in Turkey and have sanitary flushable toilets without this issue.
I would not recommend this hotel.

Do NOT stay here!
Pros:

If you want to stay in the old town (NOT recommended), this location is OK.

Cons:

Room was extremely small and VERY dated. ZERO power outlets near the bed (bad for charging phones and alarm clocks). The TV was about 24" and super old. Wires were hanging out of the back of the TV. They also had a sign that they would NOT assist with any Taxis unless it was JUST to the airport. All the restaurants in the area were tourist traps and poor quality with high prices. Hotel seemed small and dingy. The shower was also TINY and only had a handheld shower head that would NOT stay in place. Bathroom counter was also TINY and not very functional.

Un accueil formidable, très bon emplacement et terrasse agréable
Pros:

Le personnel, notamment Dindar, dont la maîtrise du français est exceptionnel, nous a accueilli très chaleureusement chaque jour.
Vue très agréable du petit déjeuner et emplacement parfait. Tres calme.

Cons:

La climatisation a été un peu capricieuse : on a un peu galéré à obtenir la bonne température.
