Fantastisch verblijf
Pros:

Wat een fantastisch hotel! We hebben hier een geweldige tijd gehad en geven het verblijf een dikke 10. Het hotel heeft een zeer centrale ligging, waardoor we overal snel en gemakkelijk naartoe konden. Onze familiekamer was ruim en werd bovendien elke dag perfect schoongemaakt. Wat dit hotel écht speciaal maakt, is het ontzettend vriendelijke personeel. Of je nu beneden bij de receptie bent of boven bij het ontbijt; overal word je met een oprechte glimlach begroet. Een speciaal compliment en extra pluim voor meneer Dindar bij de receptie. Hij hielp ons altijd, was ontzettend gastvrij en vroeg keer op keer of we een lekker kopje thee wilden. Het ontbijt zelf was elke ochtend goed verzorgd én je krijgt er een mooi uitzicht bij cadeau. Als klap op de vuurpijl waren we de knuffel van mijn dochter vergeten, maar meneer Dindar gaat deze persoonlijk voor ons op de post doen. Wat een topservice van hem en een dikke pluim voor het hele team! Wij komen hier zeker terug.

I think the best thing about this hotel was the staff. The welcome we received and the service throughout our stay were exceptional. The breakfast offered a great variety, with something different every day, and everything was fresh and delicious. Our room was cleaned daily, and on our first night, the staff even decorated it with rose petals and special touches after a request we had made - they exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel! 🇹🇷🇧🇪🫶

Savršena baza za istraživanje Istanbula
Pros:

Savršena lokacija u samom srcu Sultanahmeta. Do Aje Sofije, Plave džamije i Grand Bazaara stiže se za svega nekoliko minuta lagane šetnje, a hotel se nalazi u mirnoj, sigurnoj i tihoj ulici pa se možete kvalitetno odmoriti nakon razgledavanja.
Poseban dojam ostavlja restoran za doručak s prekrasnim pogledom na grad. Sobe su vrlo uredne, čiste i tihe, osoblje ljubazno i uslužno.
Sve u svemu, izvrsno iskustvo i hotel koji bih bez razmišljanja ponovno odabrao prilikom sljedećeg posjeta Istanbulu.

Удобное расположение, очень тихая улица! У нас был номер для троих, нормального европейского размера. Все было чисто, кондеи работали. Красивые завтраки на террасе. Можно заказать трансфер в и из аэропорта.

Excellent location and very helpful staff
Pros:

Two things stood out during our stay. First of all, the location - super close to the historic attractions, while also on a rather quiet street. the view from the terrace is great! Secondly, staff was very helpful, polite and kind. We’ve stayed at many hotels and I can say that this is the best service we have received when it comes to personnel. We had our stay during the World Cup and when we entered the hotel, the receptionist (unprompted) asked us if we plan to watch the match. We said we would but the TV was not working well. The receptionist immediately came up with us to the room and spent quite some time successfully fixing the TV - maybe it does not sound impressive, but it was 10PM and in any other hotel they would have called a technician the next day. Here they seem very dedicated to making the stay enjoyable, starting with the check-in and even after the check-out. If we’re ever again in Istanbul, we will come back to this hotel.

Cons:

Location has one drawback if you’re easily woken up - proximity to mosques results in hearing call for prayers very early in the morning, which caught us by surprise the first night.

Extraordinario
Pros:

La ubicación es extraordinaria, muy cerca de Sultanhamet y del Gran Bazar. El desayuno es bueno y variado. El personal es muy amable, atento y servicial. Regresaremos.

A very typical, compact, Sultanahmet stay.
Pros:

Well located with attentive staff. The room was clean and well serviced. Breakfast had a wide selection and a lovely space to enjoy it in.

Cons:

Our room didn't have any windows, so it was a bit dim inside. The roof terrace and views were a little over stated.

Good standard of local hotel but could do with a bit of renovation.
Pros:

Lovely central location and very friendly staff. Great breakfast with awesome view on top floor.

Cons:

Facilities a bit tired. We were staying in the 2nd floor which was subterranean. Felt like we were staying in a cave. Good for sleep though!
