I like everything. Worth the price. This is my second time staying here. Will come again soon. I hope the air conditioner will be serviced, because it isn't cooling much, I can still sweat. During my first stay I was in the same room too, but it was cool back then. Now, I think the AC needs service. #Room4.

Host is very accomodating, communicative and helpful. I have all that I need during my stay (cool AC, good bed, hair dryer, washing machine, kitchen) clean, quietness, good location. Superb!
Water shower pressure need to be improved.
Relatively close to downtown Georgetown, within 10 minutes taxi if the traffic isnt bad. Walkable if in good shape.
No major noise issues.
Had a fridge to store food.
Wasnt sure how to activate the hot water in the shower on floor two.
One of the restrooms lacked toilet paper (TP) but the staff wasnt around. Wasnt sure where to get TP
“The room is very clean and comfortable. Even though the bathroom is shared, it is extremely well-maintained and spotless. The location is strategic—close to the city and convenient to go anywhere. It’s also a safe and quiet area. Most importantly, the price is very reasonable for what’s provided. Highly recommended!”
Sim was friendly and quick to attending to our requests. My friends and I actually checked in at the other property, TwinTrees due to some reason and the location there is superb(opposite Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon). It's a relatively new property there and staffs there were helpful. The environment was very comfortable as well.

Homely feel, clean room and bathroom, well equipped shared kitchen and laundry area. Friendly and helpful staff via WhatsApp. Good location, close to bus stations.

Confusing to find, as the address we stayed at isn't address listed on this website, and WhatsApp instructions also gave differing addresses, albeit all within a few streets of each other. Advise to clarify exactly which address you are staying at!
Thin walls, can be noisy, to be expected in a guesthouse.
Cupboard where luggage was stored was locked after we locked it, and it took a while to get someone to unlock it. Advise to clarify locking arrangements, we should have done so, thank you for coming out in the evening to help us out!

The house were super dirty and has alots of cockroach. Not convenient at all. The toilets are small and not clean. Smelly. Its shared homestay. Super uncomfortable. No parking available need to find parking very far. Last minute change our bookings from 7 room to 6 saying no room available. All the room were smelly. Wasted all my 3 days
