Pros:

Wij hadden 2 mooie, aangrenzende kamers met totaal 4 bedden. Deze kamers zijn ruim en de bedden zijn heerlijk.
Ook 2 badkamers met bad en het water is goed en snel warm.
Er is een zithoek en een koelkastje (en er is ook een keuken maar de kookplaat is niet aangesloten en er is geen keukengerei), wel een waterkoker.
Dagelijkse schoonmaak en handdoek wissel.
Goede locatie, vlakbij restaurants en de zee.

Cons:

Douchen in bad, is op zich oké maar misten een douche scherm waardoor de doucheruimte zo nat wordt..

Pros:

LOTTEmartが近く買い物便利です。ダム市場も徒歩圏内。若干ローカル食堂も利用できます。

Cons:

シャワーのお湯と水圧低め。プールはインフィニティで良いが設備がボロボロなのとタオルも持参。日影が無いので日中は辛い。

Great spot
Pros:

Very central to the centre and easy to get around. Very comfortable beds. Rooms are very nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was very limited for Westerners. We could have done with some banana's or regular toast as a bare minimum. No hot water in the shower.

Budget accommodation, good location, near beach
Pros:

The location was good, near to the beach and close to restaurants and shops area. A good vegetarian restaurant was around the corner.

Staff were nice and helpful.

Room was a good size and comfortable. All toiletries were provided.

Swimming pool was a good size.

Cons:

The wifi was not good in the room. It would constantly disappear. It only worked ok if you stood by the door. It was fine in the corridor, but I was not going to stand in the corridor.

I was also a little confused to receive an email from the hotel one day before departure asking me to provide a 10 review on Booking.Com. As there were little things that can be improved, it is not ready for a 10 grade review eg... the pool bar was not open. There were no pool towels. There was no service regarding help with luggage up/down the stairs to/from the taxi.

Pros:

Good comfy beds, pillows and cotton bed linens. Good sized room. Room cleaned every day. Front counter staff and cleaning staff were all friendly and happy.

Cons:

Floor was filthy when first arrived, after asking twice in 2 days the floor in the main room was washed every day. The bathroom floor was never washed in 14 days. Bath mat was not changed in 14 days.

No furniture on the balcony.

Outdoor furniture around pool is getting worn out, although is usable.

Hot water in shower must run for about 8 to 10 minutes before getting hot enough for a shower.

Not the staff's fault. Management needs to be more diligent in training staff perhaps
