top locatie, top hotel, top deal
Pros:

Erg fijn hotel, relaxed en super dicht het het station wat handig is voor de Yamanote line. Ook het personeel was erg behulpzaam. De kamer is ruim genoeg en heeft een fijne sfeer

我還是回去住上野好了
Pros:

JR大塚站出來走路3分鐘, 位置很好. 離大塚的商店街很近, 房間不大但乾淨整潔, 附近就有便利店, 可快速轉換荒川線.

Cons:

櫃台在2F, 對拉大行李的人要自行走樓梯扛上去. 空調不能自行調整, 又悶又熱, 打開窗戶調節, 窗外街上噪音超級大, 幾乎每隔半個小時就有救護車警鈴響過 (應該是附近有醫院), 即使半夜也是, 吵得無法睡覺. 附早餐, 但實在是太過陽春了. 到JR上野或新宿都需要約20分鐘. 沒有想像的方便.

Great place to stay except for the location
Pros:

Good amenities, very comfortable bed and pillow. The staff will change the sheets when requested. They also had a humidifier and a comfortable chair and desk to work on. The hotel is truly right beside the station.

Cons:

The hotel is right beside the station which has an open air platform so you can hear the sounds that play every time a train leaves the station. Emergency vehicles also frequently pass through, which you can also hear. The noise was driving me nuts.

The room was also extremely dry at less than 30% humidity, so I had to run the humidifier 24/7 to counteract against it. My chest hurt when I didn't have the humidifier on. It may have been due to the dry weather at the time.
