Casa di Nina is a beautiful place with two restaurants, a flower filled courtyard, a small gym, and a beautiful rooftop for relaxing and hanging out at the end of the day. The hotel manager was lovely and responded to any concerns immediately. She even brought us a bottle of wine after a brief neighborhood power outage which we enjoyed on the rooftop. The neighborhood is safe and not touristy with a lot of great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed being near the park with the Kiosko which was always full of people dancing, exercising, or playing music. It is in a good location in the city with easy access to other areas. We will look forward to our next stay here!
The rooms surround the courtyard which is used by the restaurants so you hear some minimal noise from that, however they do not stay open very late, even on weekends.
The location was perfect for restaurants and train station.
The shower needs to be bigger.
A nice flat in a nice neighborhood. Friendly host who is happy to go out of her way to help.
The stairs are very steep, so it might not be suitable for everyone. It can be quite noisy in the mornings due to the cafes directly outside the door, where the staff often play music outside of their opening hours too.
It would be helpful for it to be stocked with a few more supplies (e.g. extra toilet paper, coffee etc.).
Celine and John were so welcoming and helpful. We loved our little apartment and often stayed in to eat at one of the cafes in the courtyard. The property is beautifully designed and a pleasure to just hang out there. We loved the proximity to the local eateries and park, which are not touristed. An authentic Mexican suburb of CDMX. I would highly recommmend.
I was not able to eassily navigate the stairs to the bed and had to sleep downstairs.
This is a great place to stay if you want to be close-by the heart of the city but you want to have stay in a very calm and quiet area. The place is amazing! It has absolutely everything that you need and the host is so friendly and helpful. I was very impressed of every detail of the loft; even the soap is branded and gives you the “spa experience”.
I can highly recommend this place. And for sure whenever I come back to Mexico City I will for sure look to stay here again!
I have no negative comments about the place. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING.
Comfortable apartment for a reasonable price. We only stayed one night on a stop over and found it to be reasonably close to the airport (20 min Uber) but a nicer vibe than staying in an airport hotel. Plenty of good places to eat in the area.
Steep stairs up to the bedroom if mobility is an issue.
Great location and cool lofted rooms. Staff are very relaxed and were accommodating when we wanted to stay an extra night (manager could be easily reached on WhatsApp)

Location in Santa Maria is great.
Extremely Noisy, with the windows needing to be kept open for ventilation and keep it cool, yet the restaurant and courtyard directly outside the window makes this not very comfortable, relaxing. The Internet did not work, no wifi signal in the room. The Tv was not setup with any internet connection. It's an extremely small, very tight room, especially the bathroom which is uncomfortable. No place to put any toiletries (cabinet below sink isn't best place).
Hot at night, noisy in the morning with the restaurant outside.
Rat traps underneath the staircase werent the best thing to find either.
