Disappointing
Pros:

The hotel manager was nice. We travelled in a group , 5 rooms. One or the room had problem with the toilet and they change the room

Cons:

We arrived 20.00 and were told that there are no hot water. We were promised that within 2 hours they will warm the water. We booked earlier. They were exspecting us but didny warm the water. 3 hours later, still no warm water.
We were promised to have warm water by 5.00am. At 7.30 still ni warm water. At 9.00 they were warm with no water pressure.

The pool was not filled with enouph water.

In one of the rooms the seat toilet was broken abd was taped with selotape

And very important:
The information about the hotel in the app stated 6 km from Bundipur park. that is true but misleading The main entrance to the park where the safari tours take place is 55 km away, 1.35 hours driving, in a different state. The state taxes to get to the hotel were over 4000 rupi

We spoke to the manager and told him that we came to the property because of the perfect review rate but the money we are asked to pay is far more then the value given.
He was not willing to negotiate
