Highly recommend.
Pros:

We were contacted prior to our stay and received an upgrade to a sister property ‘Ann Siang’ in Chinatown to a two bedroom apartment. Room was clean and well equipped.
During our stay we were frequently contacted to make sure everything was ok and had direct contact if there were any issues.
Thank you Mary, Dolly and Xia!

Cons:

There was no lounge/living space to sit and relax. We made do using the spare bed but could get cramped with more than two guests.

Great central position for city 10metres from China town.

Pros:

The location is fantastic, Xia , our concierge was extremely helpful and welcoming, as were Mary and Dolly. They all kept in touch with us to inform us about information concerning our stay and enquired about anything that we needed. Comfortable bed.

Mary Dolly and Xia managed the property during my stay-I loved it and would come back anytime at my next visit in Singapore! 10/10!

Cons:

no window...but this is often the case in SGP for that price range.....also when the air dryer unit is full of water you need to change it yourself. Maybe put a little sign there more obviously that this has to be done. Or offer room service every 2 days for long term guests (instead only for stays after 7 days?)

Lovely hotel stay in a great area in Singapore! Very central, easy to use public transport to anywhere and very cool shops and restaurants within walking distance. The stay was made even better with the kind, quick and informative help from the management team Xia, Mary, and Dolly!

Pros:

Xia, Mary and Dolly were very helpful with getting me into my room. It was clean and had everything I needed. Even a washing machine, which I didn't need. Good value in Singapore.

Cons:

Need to download an app to check in, and upload your passport and cc info into it before you arrive. Everything was fine, it just made me uncomfortable sharing that much info with a random app.
