Pros:

Séjour en Février 2026 ( 4 nuits ) . Emplacement top pour aller visiter la cote jusqu'à Vintimille . Hôtel très calme car très peu de monde à cette saison . Parking gratuit sur place. Supermarché tout proche . Très beau jardin super bien entretenu. Très bonne literie . Je recommande

Sehr unterschiedliche Studios
Pros:

Sehr freundliche und kompetente Dame an der Rezeption; tolle Lage mit einer sehr interessanten Umgebung (Monaco, Nizza, Menton).

Cons:

Unser erster Studio im EG war eine Katastrophe: das Schlafsofa roch nach nassem Hund, beim Eisfach im Kühlschrank fehlte der Griff - das Highlight jedoch war das geruchsintensive Bad mit wackelndem WC.
Das zweite Studio (nach Beschwerde erhalten) war in Ordnung- alles hat funktioniert. Die Studios sollten dringend
mal wieder renoviert werden.

Excellent location, great staff, apartment was scruffy though.
Pros:

Staff were lovely, including the receptionist who was very helpful and the staff at the cafe by the pool. The location was phenomenal, very handy for the bus and not too far from Beaulieu train station which you can also get the bus to. Nearer to Beaulieu than Villefranche, but both lovely little towns. Not far from Nice and walking distance to the beach. The food and drink at the cafe by the pool was excellent value for money.

Cons:

The apartment was a bit scruffy and needed refurbishing, the fan on the bathroom wall was totally broken, the sofa beds were not confortable as sofas at all. The TV reception was not good but we didn't bother to report it as we were sitting outside most of the time anyway.

Bon plan à proximité de Nice.
Pros:

La situation. Le parking privé. Le calme à cette époque. Promenade agréable en bord de mer pour accéder à pied au village. Le logement avec terrasse bien indépendante. Très propre.
Bonne literie. Nice à un quart d'heure de bus.

Cons:

Logement un peu exigu. Pas de livret d'accueil.

Pros:

environnement végétation situation (pour faire de la marche sur le littoral ,des visites à Nice ,Eze ......) proximité arret bus ,gare ,le climat météo en janvier ++++ Le village de Villefranche sur mer est charmant et chargé d histoire

Content de notre séjour, résidence toutefois trop ancienne pour avoir de beaux volumes
Pros:

La vue Sud et mer sur la baie nous étions au dernier étage (appartement 6.32)
Le logement était très propre et bien décoré
Bien le kit cuisine

Cons:

La poignée et serrure de la porte d’accès en très mauvais état (a réparer)
Le manque de couverts et d’assiettes
Heureusement que nous n’étions que 2 mais à 6 cela doit être très désagréable
On a invité 4 amis pour dîner mais il a fallu laver à la main quelques éléments du midi !
Absence de liquide de rinçage et de sel dans le lave vaisselle
Convecteurs « grille pains » à changer pour des radiants modernes

Pour le reste, les dimensions des pièces souffrent de petitesse
Et très bruyant la chambre avec les lits superposés dans l’entrée qui donne sur la route (trop de bruit)

Posizione strategica. Prezzo interessante.
Pros:

Struttura ubicata in ottima posizione per raggiungere in poco tempo Monaco, Beaulieu, Èze, Nizza. Per chi ama camminare consiglio la passeggiata che conduce a Cap Ferrat. Per chi non vuole spostare la macchina, proprio di fronte al residence c'è la fermata del bus. La stazione del treno più vicina è quella di Beaulieu, a circa 1 km. Il PLUS dell'alloggio è stato il terrazzino vista mare. Staff collaborativo e professionale.

Cons:

Eravamo in 3 in un alloggio da 4 e lo spazio era veramente ristretto. La camera da letto era veramente piccola e claustrofobica: poco più grande del letto matrimoniale; per fortuna era dotata di finestra. Poco spazio per riporre le cose. Adatto per periodi brevi.
