Прекрасный небольшой отель с лифтом
Pros:

Мы остались очень довольны нашим пребыванием в этом отеле , чистый комфортабельный номер , вкусный кофе - машинка к вашим услугам внизу на кухне , обслуга шустрая и внимательная. Помогли взять в аренду мотоцикл , до центра города 20 минут , до дальних пляжей тоже примерно так же . До моря пешком 5 минут , 3 минуты до небольшого ночного рынка.

Un séjour au top!!
Pros:

Superbe acceuil dans cet hôtel très bien placé à Phu Quoc. (A quelques pas de toutes les commodités ) Le personnel est absolument adorable. Un grand merci à ces 2 jeunes qui sont vraiment très dévoués et sont aux petits soins pour les clients. La dame plus âgée était très gentille également. L’hôtel est cosy, intimiste et bien agencé. Parmi les services très appréciables, le lavage de votre linge gracieusement, la possibilité de louer un scooter directement sur place, l’accès à une cuisine avec entre autre la possibilité de se faire un bon café, les 3 piscines chauffées au sein de l’ensemble résidentiel très verdoyant et la proximité immédiate de la plage, de restaurants et supérettes. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. L’hôtel applique également des mesures très intéressantes en matière de respect de l’écologie ! Bravo et encore un grand merci !!!

Le petit jeune à l accueil est adorable... Il se met en 4 pour vous aider.
La piscine qui est commune à plusieurs établissement mais qui est immense est exceptionnelle... Il y a 3 bassins avec une vue mer... C est fabuleux !

Cons:

C est un peu excentré et le coin est plutôt famillal.

Pros:

Потрясающий отель в соотношении цена-качества. Персонал очень клиентоориентированный и дружелюбный. Отель находится на краю района, за счет этого место тихое и спокойное, рядом красивый парк для прогулок. Вообще район отличный, бассейн чистый и удобный. Мы провели месяц и нам очень понравилось!

La mejor experiencia
Pros:

El mejor hotel , limpio el desayuno perfecto. El personal que nos atendió excelente y amable . Volvería otra vez . La playa cerca y acceso a la piscina. La verdad la mejor experiencia. Lo recomiendo 100 por ciento.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war super. Das Personal extrem nett, sind sogar mit mir zur Apotheke gefahren, da ich etwas gebraucht habe.
Zimmer sind sauber. Die Umgebung ist eher ruhig, die Strände sind nicht ganz so schön wie zb Khem Beach aber dafür nicht so überfüllt. Finde es super hier und würde jederzeit wieder buchen. Fahrräder kann man kostenlos ausborgen :)

Pros:

The staff was really kind, the place is comfortable and very clean. It is close to the beach and in it has some market and restaurants around. I would definitely come back!

حرفياً كلشي ف المكان حلو والاحلى من كل هذا الموظفين جداً محترمين و متعاونين بشكل خيالي والمجمع فخم بشكل رهيب وعندهم خدمات كثير مثل غسيل الملابس والتنقلات حوالين المجمع يوصلونك بسياره القولف او الدرجات النارية او السيكل

Pros:

Отдыхали здесь 2 недели. Всё понравилось! Бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта и обратно, бесплатная стирка, питьевая вода, завтраки с хорошим кофе. В номерах чисто, всё работает. Отдельное спасибо Стивену, помог приобрести билеты на канатную дорогу со скидкой, бесплатно дал сим карту с интернетом на весь период нашего проживания. Очень приятно. Рекомендую!

Pros:

Прекрасный отель, останавливались с 1 по 12 сентябре, проживали с ребёнком 5 лет. Отель очень удобно расположен, до моря 5 минут пешком, прекрасный и чистый бассейн ( за которым постоянно следят сотрудники), до остановки 19 автобуса 10 минут. Расположен в комплексе Марина, территория очень чистая, людей не много, что позволяет прекрасно отдохнуть, пляж чистый, за все прибывание не заметили не единого мусора. Сам отель прекрасный, оснащён кухней, на который постоянно убираются сотрудники, посуда чистая, в хорошем состоянии ( для меня это было важно, так как я готовила ребёнку еду). В номере было 16 полотенец, 6 из которых были большие, для бассейна или пляжа. В номере чисто, постельное белье прекрасное. Ванная комната была оснащёна шампунем, гелем для душа и мылом. Самое важное было, что можно было без ограничений набирать питьевую воду, на кухне стояли фильтры.
С ребёнком отдых был прекрасный, рекомендую к проживанию.
