great location a quiet area, great AC, VERY friendly staff (we were allowed to take a shower after a diving trip when we already checked out, they even gave us new towels!)
pool was very clean and relaxing. room was spacious and clean, comfy bed, loved the cats

La nostra oasi
Pros:

Della struttura mi è piaciuta la diversità rispetto a tutte quelle comuni, un’oasi in pieno centro, un posto sereno bellissimo ricco di piante e colori. Il personale è stato straordinario. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!

C'est un hôtel où nous avons passé un séjour formidable. Il est extrêment bien situé. Le personnel est au petit soin et très bienveillant. La chambre était très agréable et parfaitement équipée. La piscine est un vrai plus . C'est un hôtel avec une déco typiquement mexicaine ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié et leur jardin est magnifique et très arboré. Nous y avons séjourné 15 jours et nous avons adoré. Je recommande à 1000%. Merci à toute l'équipe de la Casa de Las Flores. Edouard et Martine Jamme

Es un hotel pequeño, bonito, con una temática de hacienda Mexicana, me gustó, es cómodo y muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la playa y de la avenida 5. Lo recomiendo

Muy buena ubicación cerca de la plaza 28 de julio, tranquilo, silencioso. Pude descansar plácidamente y llegar a los sitios de mi interés caminando. Estaba limpio.

Cons:

al regresar de la fiesta y ducharme por la noche, no había agua caliente. El agua salía a temperatura ambiente; no estaba fría, pero tampoco lo suficientemente caliente para una ducha como la deseaba en ese momento. Fuera de ahí, todo excelente!

Lovely hotel in a convenient spot
Pros:

Comfortable and spacious rooms. Everything was clean and the aircon and wifi worked great. Very convenient location, easy walking distance to the main pedestrian area, the ADO bus station, and a large Walmart. Nice to have a water station in reception to be able to fill bottles.

Cons:

The only improvement would be to have better water pressure in the showers. But otherwise everything was great!

La limpieza y cercanía a la playa.

Cons:

Las camas eran muy incómodas,la nevera hacía mucho ruido el aire acondicionado no funcionaba(aunque nos cambiaron a una habitación que sí funcionaba pero las camas eran también incómodas y la nevera ruidosa,el baño se tapo tuvieron que destaparlo y me picaron bichos.
