Cons:

Les travaux dans le mur mitoyen de l’hôtel. Buldozer dés le matin nous aurions apprécié que le personnel nous prenvienne plutôt que d’être réveillés par la sensation que le mur allait s’écrouler.

Pros:

Für die Gegend in Playa del Carmen recht ruhig gelegen, wir konnten jede Nacht gut schlafen. Und trotzdem läuft man nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand und zu Restaurants etc.
Bequeme Betten ohne schwitzige Plastikfolie.
Einfache Zimmer, aber alles da, was man für ein paar Übernachtungen braucht (wir waren 2 Nächte hier). Wir würden wieder hier buchen.

Cons:

Insgesamt alles okay, aber Zimmer eben recht einfach. Bisschen wenig Liegestühle (generell Platz) am Pool.

Hinweis: Bei der Buchungsbestätigung erhält man den Kontakt zu einem Transfer-Dienst. Uns hat der leider versetzt als wir zum Flughafen wollten. Die Angestellten vom Hotel waren aber sehr nett und haben sich um ein Taxi gekümmert. By the way, scheinen alles Festpreise zu sein und Taxi kostet ca. 15€ weniger als der Transfer.

Great hotel, great staff. Great stay.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel out of the main drag of Playa Del Carmen. Lovely setting, spotlessly clean, super friendly staff. Everything was spot on and we really enjoyed our stay.
