Clean facility with shuttle to airport
Pros:

Property was clean and comfortable

Cons:

We stored our suitcase prior to staying and paid extra fees, we could not get our suitcase right away due to some storage issue we got our suitcase after several hours.

Happy with my stay
Pros:

Very happy with this hotel. Chose it for it's location which was only 2 minutes from the airport. The room was modern and the beds amazingly comfortable. The free breakfast included was delicious

Cons:

The room lacked a window and lighting was dim. Also add 30 minutes on to the time they say they will schedule the airport shuttle. They told me they would pick me up in 10 minutes at the airport and it was actually 30 minutes later and it was cold outside. The same thing happened at drop-off as well

2 star stay that could be 3 with some minor changes.
Pros:

Beautiful property and great location. Close enough to walk but 24h shuttle is very convenient for early flights. Staff is very kind, Jennifer was very helpful during check in.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was a bit of mold above the A/C with a very small window option for fresh air. Additionally there was a light that could turn off 100% along with curtains that do not block out all outdoor light. Light-sensitive sleepers will NEED an eye mask to get any rest.

Pros:

Posizione comodissima molto vicina all'areoporto. Camera e bagno piuttosto moderni e spaziosi.

Cons:

Carina la possibilità di prendere la colazione da asporto ma era molto scarsa in quantità e di medio/bassa qualità. Il personale che ci ha accolto era gentile ma non parlava inglese. Infissi della camera che necessitavano manutenzione. Rapporto qualità prezzo non eccelso.

Súper Boutique Hotel al frente del Aeropuerto
Pros:

Excelente ubicación. Las instalaciones son preciosas. Muy limpio y excelente atencion. Me llevaron el desayuno àl cuarto y me llevaron àl aeropuerto. Cumplieron exactamente con los horarios. Se descansa bien.

El area de afuera del hotel. El hotel es bonito por fuera.

Only for a night stay before flight
Pros:

Was so close to airport you can walk, quiet street and not too sketchy. The terrace was nice to have in the middle of the city, felt safe with the gates. Price was good.

Cons:

Bathroom didn't look clean and was old so barely used. Room itself was also breaking down, bed was ok. Staff were okay but I never got the airport shuttle they told me was coming, so I walked. Thin walls. Food could be better.

Perfekte Option am Terminal - bin in 3 Minuten zu Fuß gelaufen
Pros:

Direkt am Terminal - perfekt, um eine Nacht nach später Ankunft oder bei frühen Abflug zu verbringen. Alles vorhanden, sehr freundliches Personal.

Airport Convenience and Comfort
Pros:

The location is perfect if you're flying out of Guatemala city, with a free shuttle that takes about 5 minutes to get you to the airport. The room was very spacious, modern and comfortable. The additional area with a sofa was nice, towels and pillows were plentiful, and there were many TV choices, such as Netflix. There's also a complimentary breakfast, which you can have served in your room or on a rooftop terrace.

Cons:

The signage is so small, this hotel was almost impossible to find (our driver couldn't even find it and finally had to call). There also weren't any windows in our room, but otherwise it was really nice.
