Camas y almohadas cómodas, agua caliente, habitación muy tranquila. Hay una azotea con sillas y cojines, muy tranquila también, desde donde se puede ver el Volcán de Agua. Wifi estable y de buena calidad.

Contratamos el traslado desde Ciudad de Guatemala y fueron muy puntuales.
Comunicación muy fluida antes de llegar.
No hay desayuno en la casa, por lo que hay que salir a desayunar fuera.
Sería un plus si vendieran el desayuno.
Recomendamos una barandilla en la ventana, podría caerse alguien.

Estuvimos 2 veces en este hotel, a la llegada a Guatemala y cuando nos íbamos. La primera vez tuvimos 2 botellas de agua (tamaño muy pequeño, 230 ml), pero la segunda vez sólo nos pusieron 1 de esas minibotellas que apenas hacen 1 vaso, y pedimos la otra en recepción y nos dijeron que no, porque estábamos en una habitación sencilla....cuando estábamos en una habitación doble, con una cama doble, dos toallas y éramos dos personas. (El agua del grifo no es potable). Por suerte, traíamos algo de agua propia y nos fue suficiente, pero vaya falta de detalle con nosotros. Pero por el precio que cobran, que es muy alto, no deberían hacer estas cosas.

Het ontbijt werd extern geregeld en was prima. Vanwege de vroege vluchttijd was dat keurig in orde en op tijd geleverd.
Ik had een gehoopt dat er een restaurant aanwezig zou zijn, dat was niet het geval maar dat kon bezorgd worden.
