El ruido de la manana a las 7am que no me dejor dormir una falta de respeto

Un personal poco capacitado demuestra la falta de profesionalismo en el área de servicio y hotelería. La relación calidad-precio es mala, ya que la habitación asignada era demasiado pequeña en comparación con otros hoteles de la misma categoría, e incluso de categorías inferiores. La habitación era sofocante, cerrada y con una temperatura elevada todo el tiempo. Contaba con aire acondicionado, pero desconocemos si estaba dañado, ya que pasó toda la noche haciendo ruidos extraños, al punto que preferimos apagarlo. Realmente no descansamos nada.
Al día siguiente, llamamos a recepción (tuvimos que adivinar el número, pues no estaba indicado en la habitación) para preguntar sobre el desayuno y solicitar servicio a la habitación. Nos informaron que tenía un recargo, algo normal en cualquier hotel, por lo que aceptamos. Realizamos el pedido vía telefónica: unos jugos, unos croissants y un desayuno del menú. Pasó una hora sin que llegara nada, por lo que volvimos a llamar. Tras más tiempo de espera, finalmente llegó un mesero únicamente con los croissants, llevándolos en la mano, sin bandeja, sin cubiertos ni servilletas. Al comentarle que faltaban varios elementos del pedido, recién en ese momento se enteró, evidenciando una gran falta de comunicación y profesionalismo. Nos tocó comer con las manos y arreglarnos como pudimos.
Luego de esperar un buen tiempo más, intentamos llamar nuevamente para cancelar el pedido, pero antes de hacerlo llegaron la recepcionista y la hostess del restaurante, ofreciendo disculpas y prometiendo una compensación o cortesía, asegurando que traerían el pedido completo de inmediato. Pasaron otros 30 minutos hasta que llegaron los jugos, pero aún faltaba el desayuno. Finalmente, cerca del mediodía, la recepcionista nos entregó el plato solicitado, el cual parecía haber estado horas bajo una lámpara de calor; incluso el aguacate estaba caliente y oxidado.
Staff are friendly, eager to help and make the most out of difficult situations.
No one warned us about the rooms being on top of the furnace of a restaurant where nothing allows the heat to get out, therefore the rooms are unbearably hot. Beyond that the rooms are incredibly noisy as you can hear restaurant guests, the kitchen and really loud music throughout the night.
Amazingly decorated room, extremely comfortable and beautiful. High-quality shower facilities and a very cozy bed. Complimentary coffee and water. The restaurant is delicious.
The room is above the restaurant and below a rooftop, so it is not quiet until midnight. The door did not have a blackout, then the light came into the room until the restaurant was closed. If you are a light sleeper, this is not for you!
Amazing location, staff attention to details, and restaurants and bars.
The AC was not working in our room which made it very warm. We had to open the windows which were facing the street, so we heard lots of noise and heavy traffic in the early morning. We were not able to get a good nights rest due to this during our 3 night day.

The heat upstairs, the food smell upstairs, the light in the room from outside (room 203), there was a tv but it couldnt move our direction. small things, but if that’s fixed it would be a 10/10!
