Great location, super friendly staff, absolutely fantastic breakfast

It was in a quiet secluded street and very attractive. We were greeted by the hosts despite being so late arriving and were made to feel very welcome

This is a family run boutique hotel and it was a delight, you can really tell it's family run the staff were delightful. The breakfast is amazing and the best breakfast you will eat in Turkey! It was so much food we basically only had breakfast and dinner during our stay. The rooms are very comfortable and the pool a delight.

The room was beautiful such a chilled place to just relax it’s a hidden gem. The Turkish breakfast is something to experience no sunbed wars lovely pool and beautiful food on the menu. The staff go above and beyond to make your holiday the best experience for you, they are so hardworking I would highly recommend this lovely hidden gem it only has 8 rooms so the staff make it feel like your home. I have been to turkey for many yrs but never met such lovely staff tuba , mosick and mehmet (probably wrong spelling) they are a credit to the hotel. Me and my husband will be back 🥰

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfy and the breakfast was excellent.

The location is amazing, close to the action but in a quiet area, the hosts are like family, very helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious & their food is delicious. We didn’t go with our dogs buy the hotel is pet friendly which makes it even more perfect!

The hotel staff were very friendly. English is not widely spoken but it was never an issue - we managed to communicate successfully with the help of translation apps.
The staff were incredibly helpful in providing assistance with transport.
The hotel is a quiet refuge providing a relaxing poolside area only a few minutes walk from Dalyan centre.
The morning breakfast was an absolute delight every day.

Everyone was so friendly, and couldn’t do enough to accommodate your needs. Breakfast was out of this world!!!! I was even showed how to make the tomato and chilli salsa and given a jar to take home. Felt like you were staying with a family 😍. I’ve never felt so sad to go home!

Stayed on my birthday and because they heard my friends sing happy Birthday, they brought out a cake at the end of breakfast, with candles and sparkler.
We were only there for 1 night as a fill-in until we could go to our hotel for a yoga retreat and instead of calling us a cab they took us themselves!

Where to start?
It’s in a peaceful and quiet area but walkable distance from everything in Dalyan.
We booked a superior double room but because we were a bit off season (1-3 october), they upgraded our room for free, so thank you very much for that. Also we arrived earlier than the check-in time but because they were available, they directely offered us the room. The rooms have a terrace, mini fridge (with a mini bar), AC, towels, hair dryers and are very clean.
Breakfast was included, everything organic and homemade & delicious, the propriety is beautiful, many flower, clean and nice pool, cabanas, nice terrace.
It’s a family owned business and they treated us like family too, every single person was so kind and friendly and giving us great recommendations.
We didn’t go with our pets but it is a pet friendly hotel, they own 2 dogs, Teo (he won my heart forever) & Mia and some really fluffy and cute cats.

A beautiful quiet hotel but within easy reach of all the amenities and the river.
The hotel staff were friendly and always around to cater for our needs.

The breakfasts were amazing, lots of home-made produced which kept on coming. Small family run hotel, not suitable as has a deep swimming pool.
