Pros:

La chambre est belle, le personnel très accueillant et agréable.

L espace piscine n’est pas agréable, il n’y a pas de transat pour s allonger seulement des chaises. Et le
Petit déjeuné était laborieux nous avons dû demander plusieurs fois tous les plats oubliés.

Un séjour magique dans un hôtel à la décoration splendide et au confort rare
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel 5 étoiles tout neuf, avec une vraie personnalité et une décoration splendide. Personnel très professionnel et petit déjeuner délicieux. Les lits sont les plus confortables que j’aie jamais vus de ma vie.

Cons:

De l’ordre du détail, mais il manque une table dans les chambres. Par ailleurs, nous aimerions un petit storytelling à notre arrivée, sous forme de briefing de la part du personnel, pour nous expliquer l’histoire des chambres et de l’hôtel. Cela ajouterait un peu de magie.

A beautiful hotel, lovely room and very good service
Pros:

Beautiful designed hotel with a cosy, modern feel. Quality in all details from furniture to bathroom-fittings, and small but lovely spa with swimmingpool and steam sauna. 15 minutes walk to main attractions such as the Museo Prado and Museo Reina Sofia. The breakfast set a very good star of the day.

The best hotel
Pros:

The best hotel I have ever stayed at. The welcome, service, clean, and room organization were incredible. One thing I especially liked is that every night they prepare the room for sleep by placing vitamins, a night mask, and checking that everything is perfect.
I highly recommend anyone visiting Madrid to stay at this hotel.
Special thanks to Diego for his warm welcome and excellent treatment. He was always happy to help us with anything we needed, such as recommending places to visit and making reservations.
