The hotel is well located, features very interesting interiors, and offers quite comfortable rooms.

Cons:

The level of service is quite average, especially at the reception. We had to request an iron for our room three times before it was finally delivered, and we asked five or six times for a face mask, which is supposed to be a complimentary item.

The waiters in the restaurant are also not very attentive and do not clear the dishes in a timely manner. The food is very tasty, but the service is rather average.

Pros:

Everything was excellent. Location could not be better, breakfast to die for, interior decor and scent just amazing, lovely staff. A bit expensive, but worth it!! To sum it up - WOW!

Cannot think of one thing that was not perfect!

The design and feel. Fab restaurant. Great reception and door staff….although we didn’t find out about roof terrace until we were leaving
