高くて汚い
Pros:

お風呂が大きくて良かった。

Cons:

値段表示がわかりにくい
サービス料、税別で表示してあるので
一見安く見えるが、実は他所より高かった
きちんと確認しなかった自分が悪いのはわかるが、キャンセルも出来ないので騙された感がある。
フロントも外国人しかいないので言葉が通じず困る。
掃除があまり行き届いてなかった。

対応が不誠実で不快
Pros:

値段が安かったこと

Cons:

チェックインのコード送られて来るのが当日の20時だったこと。
マウンテンビューと記載あったのにマウンテンビューではない部屋だった。
そのことを連絡するとマウンテンビューでは無いと開き直り、部屋を変更するなら4000円必要と言われた。
管理者側の落ち度なのに費用請求され、結局何も対応されなかった。
部屋はよかったが、正直もう泊まりたく無いです。

お風呂が大きかったのとベッドも大きいので、ゆったりくつろげた事は良かった！

備品のある場所が分かりにくいので詳しく表示されるか説明書などが欲しかった。
