We had a fantastic two nights and three days at the hotel and surroundings.
Pros:

Everything was just great. Super clean and super pretty natural grounds. The pool was perfect and the staff was very helpful.

חדר נח, מקלחות ושירותים נוחים ונקיים, חדר אוכל כייפי, מגוון מזון, איכות לא בשמיים אבל יש מגוון.
בריכה כייפית, עמוסה
בריכה מחוממת היתה סגורה, זה היה מאכזב.
ארוחות הערב יקרות מאוד עבורנו אבל בסוף גילינו שיש גם בר במלון עם פיצה, פסטה סלט, שבדיעבד הבנו שיכולנו לאכול שם.
צמחייה יפה סביב החדר ומול הלובי.
המשחקייה לא היתה מוצלחת במיוחד

הזמנו לארבעה וכוקינג לא שאל גילאים ונאלצנו להוסיף 1300 שח. המלון יכל לבוא לקראתנו חצי ממנו ריק בגלל המחירים הגבוהים

ברצוני להגיש תלונה ולבקש פיצוי בגין חוויה מאכזבת במהלך השהות שלנו.

ביצענו את ההזמנה בשעות הצהריים, ובטרם ההזמנה הובטח לנו כי בריכת המלון פתוחה עד השעה 22:00. מידע זה היה מהותי בהחלטתנו להזמין את המלון, ואף הזמנו שני חדרים בעלות גבוהה יחסית מתוך כוונה ליהנות מהבריכה כבר באותו הערב.

הגענו למלון בסביבות השעה 19:00, וכשניגשנו לבריכה התברר לנו, לתדהמתנו, שהיא סגורה. מתושבי הקיבוץ נמסר לנו כי הבריכה נסגרה בהוראת משרד הבריאות.

אם הנהלת המלון הייתה מודעת לכך שהבריכה אינה פעילה, היה עליה לעדכן אותנו מראש, ולא להמשיך להציג את הבריכה כמתקן זמין. אילו היינו מקבלים את המידע מראש, סביר להניח שהיינו בוחרים במלון אחר.

למחרת בבוקר שני ילדיי נאלצו לחזור מוקדם לשירותם הצבאי, כך שלא הייתה להם כל אפשרות ליהנות מהבריכה כלל. למעשה, אחת הסיבות המרכזיות לבחירת המלון לא התקיימה.

לאור האמור, אבקש את התערבותכם ואת פיצוי הולם בגין עוגמת הנפש, ההטעיה והפגיעה בחוויית האירוח.

חוויה נהדרת. תמורה מצויינת למחיר.

חדר גדול, מאוד נקי, עם פינוקים שחיכו לנו (מקרונים, עוגיות) , מקלחת מאובזרת (גם אמבטיה וגם טוש) מרחבים מוגנים נגישים נקיים ומטופחים (ביקרנו בעת "הפסקת אש" עם בומים משובחים ברקע...). ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, עם שירות איכפתי , מגוון של מאכלים, כולם טריים ובאיכות מצויינת. לובי גדול ומטופח וחנות ממש נחמדה למזכרות. ספא מרשים ולא יקר. מהחדר היה לנו נוף פסטורלי ליער מלא ציפרים וחוות סוסים ברקע, עם קול של זרימת נחל, הגינון במלון ואפשרות טיול בשמורה המקיפה אותו היו חוויה מיוחדת - ללכת בין מפלי מיים ותותי בר, קסום.

בארוחת הבוקר הייתה משפחה עם ילדים קטנים שצעקו, התרוצצו , וציירו על הרצפה, חשוב לציין שלא היה נורא, וטבעי סה"כ, אבל כן ציפינו שהצוות יעיר בעדינות להורים להרגיע אותם, וזה לא קרה.

לא הספקנו להנות!
Pros:

בשבת בבוקר התעוררנו לאזעקות ולהתקפה של טילים מאיראן, מרבית עובדי המלון כבר עזבו וכל המתקנים נסגרו.
לא הספקנו להנות והייתי מצפה מהנהלת המלון לפצות בעתית את מי שהחופשה שלו נפגעה, במיוחד כשבאים עם ילדים!

המיקום של המלון משגע, המלון עצמו מוקף בירק,
קרוב לכל האטרקציות בצפון.
בקיבוץ גילינו מסעדה איטלקית נהדרת "לה לונה" שמתמחה בפסטות עבודת יד.

Cons:

המסדרונות בדרך לחדר היו מלוכלכים ועם ריח של סיגריות.
הזמנתי חדר לפי התמונות, מסתבר שאלה היו תמונות של החדר היקר יותר.
בזכות ההשתדלות של עובדת קבלה קיבלתי את החדר שבתמונה.
