לא הספקנו להנות!
Pros:

בשבת בבוקר התעוררנו לאזעקות ולהתקפה של טילים מאיראן, מרבית עובדי המלון כבר עזבו וכל המתקנים נסגרו.
לא הספקנו להנות והייתי מצפה מהנהלת המלון לפצות בעתית את מי שהחופשה שלו נפגעה, במיוחד כשבאים עם ילדים!

המיקום של המלון משגע, המלון עצמו מוקף בירק,
קרוב לכל האטרקציות בצפון.
בקיבוץ גילינו מסעדה איטלקית נהדרת "לה לונה" שמתמחה בפסטות עבודת יד.

Cons:

המסדרונות בדרך לחדר היו מלוכלכים ועם ריח של סיגריות.
הזמנתי חדר לפי התמונות, מסתבר שאלה היו תמונות של החדר היקר יותר.
בזכות ההשתדלות של עובדת קבלה קיבלתי את החדר שבתמונה.

אכזבה מהמלון ואין שום הצדקה למחיר שהם גובים
Cons:

מה לא אהבנו - הפרסום שלהם באתר שלכם מטעה את האורחים. הספא במלון ( ג'קוזי + הסאונה ) כרוכים בתשלום יומי. הבריכה המקורה + חדר הכושר + הסאונה במקום נמצאים במרחק של כ-800 מ' מהמלון והשימוש במתקנים כרוך בהליכה. לצערינו ירד גשם כבד באותו סופ"ש ולא יכולנו להגיע למתקנים.
אין שום הצדקה למחיר ששילמנו לעומת מה שקיבלנו.
במחיר ששילמנו היינו יכולים לקבל באירופה מלון סופר דלקס

המלון מומלץ מאוד
Pros:

אהבתי מאוד את החדר המרווח, המיטה הנוחה, המקלחת. מכונת הקפה נהדרת. משטחי הדשא והחדר כושר, הספא מצויין אך הטיפול יקר מידי.

חשוב שתהיה בריכה מחוממת בשטח המלון- מאוד מרוחקת.
הטיפולים יקרים מידי לאדם ובטח לזוג.
