Pros:

nice hotel staff, I reported the lack of Wi-Fi from the hotel room (the staff added a router closer to the room, which solved the problem and was very nice of them)
good simple breakfast, we got an electric kettle from the hotel staff

Cons:

The hotel smells of cigarettes, the room had no ventilation, the smell of damp was terrible, there was no water in the bathroom at night, access to the hotel room was via a code that the staff did not know and did not know how to fix, we had to wait at the door and ring the bell to our own room until someone opened it remotely

Ok for the price but not pleasant
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

First of all it doesn’t look at all like the pictures.
There are some electronic doors for which you need a code to enter but the code that they gave us was not working and the guy at the reception didn’t know how to fix the problem. We were locked out of our room and couldn’t go inside for at least half an hour.
The room smells really mouldy and there is no hot water. The wifi is a bit slow as well.
It’s located far from pretty much everything but of course you should know when you book it.
It’s very noisy all the time, we went to sleep with some music coming from a room and woke up with a lot of noise because they are renovating the ground floor so they were working on it.
They ask a deposit of 100k.
There were some water bottles in the room and we thought it was a complimentary gift (they give you water in every hotel in Thailand) but when we asked to the receptionist he said we have to pay.
The breakfast was ok but we found a couple of hair in it.

Please verified the adress and refund my money since I did not stay there
Pros:

I can’t find the property on the addresses listed it seems incorrect.

Cons:

I did chat for CS from booking.com within 72h no one responding the live chat. Booking did not provide email address for the CS

Very poor
Pros:

Location is okay, we didn't have the chance to try the food

Cons:

Place not ready for operation, yet they have promoted, there is no elevator we have to climb up to 3rd floor by unfinished stairs 😞😞
