It had all the amenities I needed
Location was far from NYC
The cleaning staff were lovely ladies. They cleared away my trash when asked etc.
Had to call a number of times to reach the check-in staff about the smoking going on next door. So by the time they checked on the situation, the smoke was gone after the person applied aerosol etc. Frankly, Peachtree gave the impression my reporting the smoking was a nuisance.
Convenient to PATH Trains, stores and restaurants. I like the kitchen area in the studio and rate was decent.
No phone in the room
Ubicación, lugar limpio y equipado
La calle estan trabajando en una construcción pero es externo al hotel
The location is perfect for an easy and inexpensive trip by PATH into Manhatten. The unit is comfortable and everything needed for self catering was provided. There was always someone available at the reception desk.
Comfortable sofa and bed. Excellent studio for three people.
The freezer didn't work and we didn't know about it, we were very upset that our Ice bags didn't freeze.
The mirror in the bathroom is very high. I am 5.2 tall and I could only see my eyes in the mirror.
The location was right near Journal square
They are doing construction in the front so it doesn’t look as pleasant out front but the inside is really nice
Almost Nothing
Hotel Smell and room are very bad
Location is bad
Most of the times there is no people in front desk and you are not even able to order water
Construction and daily sound, you are not able to sleep.
Its told that you use passwprd to open the door, while the door is opened without any passwords , no security or Safe
Quite ok , the place is clean , staff are kind . Not so spacious
I’m near the street I can hear all the cars .and the elevators are a bit unsafe
The room was very clean, and that’s about it.
If you are a senior citizen, or a traveler who is accustomed to receiving information about places to eat or places of entertainment in the area, this hotel is not the place for you. If you are a person who is accustomed to navigating a new area of the world without help, perhaps this is the hotel for you.
The advertisement said there was no parking at the hotel, but there was parking nearby. I assumed nearby meant across the street or around the corner. Not at all. Parking was four blocks away in a parking building. A significant distance for a senior citizen with luggage. When I ask the staff for a restaurant in the area I was told to look in my phone. They provided no information on the type of cuisine available in restaurants in the area, and there were no physical restaurant menus at the front desk. I’m not accustom to this lack of service and information. Here I was in a strange location and the answer to all of my inquiries was to “look in your phone.” After 9:00 PM there is no one stationed at the front desk. If you need some assistance or information you have to call a number posted at the front desk. The only answer I got to my questions was to “look in your phone.” I don’t know if I was treated this way for some reason or it is their regular practice. It was not the type of experience that makes me feel like a valued customer and not something I want to experience again. I’m an active senior citizen who doesn’t use a cane or a walker and is slim and able to run. So I’m not helpless. Still, carrying luggage for four blocks was not my desired workout routine. However, there is a train station about a block from the hotel. If you arrive by train and don’t need to rent a car, the parking situation won’t be a problem. But I’m a well traveled person who spends months at a time in foreign countries and this lack of customer service and inattentiveness was shocking to me.
