We loved the location, the room was spacious, a balcony with a great view, & staff was friendly.
Our biggest complaint was the pool & hot tub were under construction & was supposed to be done but nobody was working on it. I had spent a month researching a place that had a pool & hot tub open on January. So disappointing! I had even sent a message before I booked asking about it. We were told at the front desk that we could go over to the Westin & use their pool & hot tub. We walked a long cold walk over there only to find a small pool that you had to climb the ladder down to get in and no hot tub whatsoever. There were a lot of cheaper places we could have stayed at if we only knew. The couch & bed were not very comfortable.
