Excelente estancia
Pros:

El personal es muy amable . La comida simplemente deliciosa ! Todo estaba muy limpio . Buen parqueo en el sótano .

It had it's good parts and not so good parts!
Pros:

Room was above average. Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent

Cons:

pillows were terrible! Bed was ok but not great. My wife forgot her small purse hanging on the chair in the room.
I called about it and was told I would received a call back - no call!!

Underwhelming experience for the price paid.
Pros:

Quiet location overall withdrawn from city center noise

Cons:

The price of the hotel food was way over priced relative to local restaurants. Poor design for the shower with no door and inevitable large amount of water outside the shower needing to use the towels to absorb all the water.

Las habitaciones se encontraban perfectas, muy comodas las camas y el lugar esta bien ubicado. El desayuno super rico y abundante. Me volveria a alojar aqui

El personal muy amable, entendieron la situación, pero estaba fuera de sus manos

Cons:

Los aires acondicionados son de piso, viejos, y hacen demasiado pero demasiado ruido, como el motor de un carro, nos ofrecieron otra habitación y fue igual, mi esposa tenía migraña y no pudimos dormir en toda la noche, y es que si lo apagábamos la habitación sofocaba del calor. La segunda noche no nos quedamos, solicitamos el reembolso y nos indicaron que dura entre un mes a mes y medio para hacernos el reembolso, lo cual nosotros pagamos de una vez al hospedarnos.

Ubicación, personal amable, q incluye desayuno

Cons:

Desde la última vez que estuve, han descuidado mucho el jardín y sus alrededores a pesar que se llama "Garden" y en un país tan tropical con un excelente clima y la poca área exterior que tiene el hotel de jardín, podrían tenerlo nítido, que dieta gusto. No que por el contrario, hasta basura no orgánica frente al hotel hay, cuando más bien deberían hacer jardines ahi aunque sea la vía pública pues esta justo en frente y super descuidado
