Pros:

Breakfast

Cons:

Room is old and dated with no ambiance. Its like going back to the 70's. Sink was cracked and A/C struggled to work. Way overpriced!

We had a good night, we wanted to stay more but we didn't get a good offer to extend. The breakfast was good

That they did not offer anything, like a discount or something. We were going to extend our stay, but we were not offered anything so we went to another hotel with a better offer

si no cuidan el hotel van a perder clientes!

Sigue siendo una buena opción por lo bien ubicado y por su gimnasio y piscina cubierta...

Cons:

Tuvieron que cambiarme la habitación, la original (212) realmente da verguenza que se la asignen a alguien, desaseo, muebles rotos, tv no funciona, obscura, es decir, pésima!! tuvieron que cambiarme..

La vdd no está mal en términos generales pero esperaba mas de un Wyndham. Está venido a menos. Se me hizo mas como un Ibis. Además olia a húmedo.

Good location if you need to do things in Escazu, but nothing special
Pros:

The location is good for visiting CIMA or shopping in Escazu.

Cons:

The air conditioning units in the rooms are very loud and make it hard to sleep. Some rooms are next to the highway and very noisy. The restaurant's food is not particularly exciting and very expensive. The fridges in the room do not have functioning freezer units, making it hard to have ice

Fair place for a short trip
Pros:

Breakfast is good, staff is very friendly

Cons:

Rooms are spacious but a little outdates. Air conditioning is old, TV signal was very poor, bathroom “floods” when you shower if you are not careful.

Buena relación calidad-precio
Pros:

Ubicación, limpieza, camas, sabanas y almojadas, tamaño de cuarto, que NO tiene alfombra (es mas limpio y da menos alergias).

Cons:

Deben trabajar "la gota seca" en los vidrios de las duchas...antes era impecable...ahora da un aspecto de algo viejo y descuidado esa parte....Y aunque mejoraron un poco los jardines, les falta afuera honrar el nombre "Garden" .....ponerle más atención, mantenimiento, cariño al jardin de afuera, a las maceteras que tienen potencial e incluso a la parte que no es de ellos pero se vé desde el hotel.
