Pros:

First and foremost - when we arrived we forced to pay 60 euros despite I've booked a room for 57 cad. The room was at other building not at original as in the main photo. I booked a room with 2 separate beds received with one bed queen size. Shower at room was not working properly . There was not hot water from the shower only from the tap. They didn't provide bath towels for even one person though there were two of us. No hairdryer at the room. Breakfast was awful - french fries and boiled egg which was not fresh though.

Location is close to airport

Cons:

Hotel charged me 3 times, and when I asked to return my money the staff was not helpful at all, instead of returning money immediately they were saying that they will do it tomorrow and next day again same thing. I finally got my money back from booking.com staff after speaking with them for several days. So basically my trip was ruined because of this issue.

La estancia estaba bien, justo lo que buscaba, necesitabamos descansar para coger el avion debido a la escala y muy bien, dos semanas antes llegamos al hotel y no teniamos reserva y nos reservaron una habitacion siendo ya las 1 de la mañana que llegamos a estambul, asi que debido al buen trato decidimos volver a quedarnos alli, he visto reseñas malas. Pero desde mi punto de vista yo lo veo bastante bien, espero les sirva mi comentario

This was a very bad experience and nothing matched what was advertised on Booking.com.

There were no mirrors in the bathroom, no towels, and no paper towels. The room did not look anything like the photos online. Instead of the bed I selected, I was given one king bed and a single mattress placed on the floor, which is not what I booked.

The listing stated that they offer airport shuttle service, but it was not clear that it was not included. I was charged 50€ for a round trip, and it wasn’t even a shuttle — it was a regular taxi.

The breakfast was terrible: one egg, a few fries, three black olives, and one slice of cheese.

The Wi-Fi did not work in the room. The service was extremely slow — after a long flight and being exhausted, I still had to wait almost one hour just to get the room keys.

The entire floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

I specifically requested my airport pickup at 10:00 AM, yet I still had to wait almost 15 minutes for the taxi to arrive.

The most frustrating part: the price on Booking.com showed around $30 CAD, but I was charged $120 CAD for one night.

I definitely do not recommend this place at all. Please read this carefully before booking — the low price is very misleading and this hotel is absolutely not worth your money.

Cons:

Все плюсы отеля разбиваются об один огромный минус. В отеле клопы. Везде. На стенах, на кровати. Останавливаться в отеле не рекомендую. Эта информация не новая, я к сожалению не прочитал отзывы перед заселением в этот отель. Жаль, что владелец отеля не решает эту проблему
