We felt really welcome. Mert and team were so hospitable and attentive - they really cared that we were comfortable and had all we needed. The hotel itself is in a good location with great options for lunch and dinner close by. There is also a really nice jazz club 5 minutes away.

Exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. Great location a few metres from the T1 tram stop, modern art gallery and easy walk from Galata Bridge. Smart very contemporary decor and spacious light room with good facilities and comfortable bed. Complementary Turkish coffee and tea in reception and kettle and coffee machine with pods in room. Excellent breakfast in neighbouring partner hotel on 9th floor with spectacular view. Highly recommended!

The hotel stands out from the dozens of similar hotels in Istanbul, that's why I chose it. The rooms were exactly as they were in the photos, we had everything needed (even Bluetooth speaker). Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. I want to give a special thank you to the staff: Mert and Ibrahim were incredibly welcoming; I don't think any hotel has ever taken such good care of us as they did here! Thank you very much. I 100% recommend this hotel and I will stay here again.

Location was fantastic, staff were very kind and helpful. They checked in several times about whether there was anything they could improve which was nice, but the issue was mostly in advertising so didn't have much to say.

Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Das Frühstück war in Buffetform im Hotel neben dran mit Rooftop Ausblick und großer Auswahl.
Das Personal war immer ansprechbar, ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und sehr gastfreundlich. Das Reinigungspersonal war immer während unseres Frühstücks da und hat alles schön hinterlassen. Es gibt immer Kaffee und Tee und eine gemütliche Bar ist auch vorhanden. Die Haltestelle Tophane ist nur 3 min entfernt.
Die Lage ist sehr gut in Karaköy.

Location is more than perfect. In 2 minutes walk you have mass of restaurants, bars etc.... Staff is very friendly. Rooms are simple, but have all basic items. Tram T1 station is 100m from the hotel door, so you can reach most POI's very comfortably. Galata tower is 10mins walk away too.

В отеле современный дизайн, уборка каждый день, отзывчивый персонал, помогает во всех вопросах. Даже одолжили деньги, когда были праздники и закрыты обменные пункты.
Обязательно вернемся!

Stayed for five nights and had a really great experience overall. The hotel is well run and the facilities are excellent. Guests can also use the gym and spa at the sister hotel, Root, which are both very good. The location is a big plus, right in the heart of Karaköy and within easy walking distance of cafés, restaurants, and the waterfront. The staff were also fantastic. Mert and Ibrahim at the concierge were extremely helpful throughout my stay, and when there was a small air-conditioning issue in my room they quickly arranged a room change with no hassle.

La struttura si trova nel cuore del quartiere Karakoy a pochi passi da tanti locali e dalla movida. L’hotel è molto bello, di design, curato nei minimi particolari. La colazione viene servita nel rooftop dell’hotel accanto, bellissimo ed è buonissima e abbastanza ricca e variegata. Il personale sempre gentile, disponibile e sono presenti in reception h24. L’ultimo giorno ci hanno portato anche della frutta in camera, gesto carino e super apprezzato.

A very satisfied stay we were welcomed and taken to the tram stop on the first day to assist with a local travel card, it just made things a little smoother. Also keen to advise on any travel tips and accommodate any way. A very central location and hospitable team. Breakfast was located next door in the sister hotel a healthy selection and fantastic view. Showers worked great warm almost immediately and good force. Heater and air con worked well. The decor was quirky too.
We had a really pleasant stay.
