it was a shame the view was marred by cranes and building work started at 7 am, not hotel's fault.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה, הבריכה בין העצים מקסימה, כל פינות הישיבה בחצר נהדרות, הצוות אדיב ותמיד מוכן לעזור, הבר יין , הזמנו בו ארוחות קלות והיה טעים מאוד

הי נחמד אם אפשר להזמין דברים כמו שתייה קלה ארטיקים , גלידות בשעות הערב\ לילה
או פעילות בערב- צפייה בסרט, שירה בציבור וכ"ו, לפעמים משעמם בערב

מלון מקסים! שווה כל שקל! מיקום מושלם בלב העיר העתיקה
Pros:

מלון מקסים, שוכן בתוך בניין עתיק ויפהפה, עם צוות מאוד אדיב, אוכל נהדר מגוון ועשיר. הוספנו 250 שח לחדר כדי להשאר עד מוצ"ש. הארוחות מעולות, אבל השעות שהן מוגשות דורשות לחזור מהר מבית כנסת - לא הכי נוח, ואין ארוחת צהרים בשבת. אבל הצוות המקסים איפשר לכל מי שביקש, לקחת אוכל מארוחת בוקר לחדרים כדי לאכול אחה"צ.
הבריכה מקסימה.
יש סיור הסטורי ביום שישי בצפת, ובשבת ברחבי המלון. המדריך לא יודע הרבה הסטוריה אבל הוא מאוד נחמד, וכיף לשמוע אותו. זה סיור עם הרבה שירה בציבור ואינטראקציה עם הקבוצה.

לקח המון זמן לקבל את החדר.
הכינו לילדים חדר ל 3 במקום ל 4, היה צריך להתקשר פעמיים לפני שטיפלו בעניין.
חבל שבשת אין ארוחת צהרים בשרית.
הילדים קיבלו כרטיסים לארטיק חינם בבריכה, רק שכחו לומר לנו שהמזנון פתוח לא כל השעות שהבריכה פתוחה. הילדים הלכו פעמיים והיה סגור.

המלון לא נגיש בשלב הראשון קיבלנו חדר שיש אליו מדרגות לא יכולנו להסכים.
העבירו אותנו לגפן.
אומנם מעלית בתוך המתחם.
אבל להגיע לחדר האוכל או ליציאה מהמלון, עלייה תלולה במיוחד כשיש בעיה בגב או בברך.
