מלון רות בצפת ממוקם במבנה מיוחד של חאן הסטורי .
הוא קרוב מאד לאתרים החשובים בעיר העתיקה . המלון מתוחזק ממש טוב ונקי .ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת ועשירה .יש happy hour מוצלח בבר .יש חניה לאורחים

The hotel is located in the Old City, housed in unique, historic stone buildings.
The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of breads, cheeses, vegetables, pastries, fruits, desserts, and cakes.
We celebrated Rosh Hashanah with a magnificent holiday meal that included the traditional symbolic foods and blessings, along with Kiddush wine and various types of challah. The feast featured a selection of meats, fish, salads, and side dishes—all of high quality and prepared with great taste. The tables were elegantly set with a fine selection of dinnerware and cutlery.
The hotel staff made our stay truly pleasant; special mention goes to Fadi, the reception manager, who attended to all our needs, and Bashir, the head waiter, who took care of every request. Chef Roni also deserves mention for kindly explaining the special dishes to us.
During the holiday, there was an entertainment program that included two fascinating tours led by David Amiel, covering the Old City and the hotel's various buildings. The staff was courteous, friendly, and eager to assist with any request.

яичница утром была не сьедобной, похоже плата плохо жарила, жаль, что не было красной рыбы, как в прошлые года, оказывается можно было попросить номер с балконом, а нам не сказали
The location was excellent. Close to synagouges , the old city, artist colony. The hotel itself is really beautiful. The food was excellent. The pool is beautiful
Although the staff were nice, they were not always helpful. They did not have knowledge about the local sites. We asked for directions to the Citadel, and they said, "I dont know, I'm not from around here". Also, we managed with our luggage, the hotel has lots of steps as in tradition with Tzfat, but, nobody asked if we need help-which would have been nice. While juggling drinks and plates back to our table at the dining room, no one offered to help. This is not an inexpensive hotel, staff should be a bit more in tune with customer service.
While the bathroom in the room was nice, it did not have a proper shower. Only a tub and a hose that you had to hold if you wanted to shower, otherwise the water was all over the bathroom

הייתה לנו בעיה עם כך שהמיטות לא סודרו לזוג. רוב הבעיה טופלה במקום אך חדר אחד לא קיבל שירות מתאים. כאשר התלוננו למחרת קיבלנו פיצוי מתאים.
