Over all it was good
Pros:

Breakfast I can give moderate rating only. No water early in the morning from 5:30am to 7:30am due to some issue. But they tried best to resolve.
Over all experience was good

Cons:

Rooms are very congested so we opted for bigger rooms.

Pros:

Room was good. Bedsheets were clean. Toilet was clean.

Cons:

There was some smell in the room. Look like nobody was there in the room and kept locked for long time. I kept the window open for the whole day and the smell was reduced.

very very disappointed with Booking.com site.
Cons:

We had to go to Kolkatta on a sudden trip & booked Treebo through Booking.com. When we reached the hotel the rooms were absolutely despicable & unhabitable. The rooms had stuffy smell & when we said we want to see the bathrooms with curtains, as seen in your hotel pics uploaded in the booking.com site, they said no we don't have any bathroom with curtain. When we asked for refund, they very conveniently said, that contact Booking.com for refund. Neither booking.com or Treebo are answering now...

Please inhance the facility and improve the standard of complimentary breakfast, Location is fine

Nothing significant was seen about liking except location.

Cons:

Delux rooms are so small even I faces hardship where I will place my belongings or laguage. Complimentary breakfast was horrible , no multiple items are provided.

The location was good

Cons:

1. The quality of food provided for dinner was very bad, would not recommend having dinner
2. Before arriving at hotel stay, I got spammed with email and WhatsApp and phone calls for advance, even though in the app while Booking it was given no pre-payment is required
3. Desk staff were not cooperative and nor room service for sanitization, bucket and mug provided were very dirty
