Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Estrutura ótima recreativo muito bom até tarde p crianças maravilha quarto grande bela vista

Café absurdo 80,00 por pessoa minha filha de 8 anos paga inteira, a banheira estava velha descascando e a TV c problemas

DEMORAN MUCHO EN HACER LA HABITACION, CAPAZ TIENEN POCO PERSONAL PARA LO GRANDE QUE ES EL HOTEL Y HABIA MUCHOS HUESPEDES. EL DIA QUE NOS IBAMOS BAJAMOS AL RESTAURANT A COMER ALGO Y COMO DEMORABAN EN TRAERNOS EL PEDIDO, MI ESPOSO FUE A PREGUNTAR SI PODIAMOS QUEDARNOS UNOS 15 MINUTOS Y LE DIJERON QUE NO QUE NECESITABAN LA HABITACION Y CUANDO FUI A SACAR LA VALIJA ME HABIAN DESHABILITADO LA TARJETA.

Da infra strutura, da piscina, do cafe

Cons:

Quando chegamos o ar condicionado do quarto nao funcionava... Nos trocaram de quarto. Moveis velhos, camas pequenas e sem nos aptos manutenção .
Não existe estacionamento disponivel para todos e tivemos que deixar o carro nas ruas que estavam lotadas.
Indo de vol5ta para oa eroporto lenbrei que havia esquecido um colar que tinha caido entre o criado e a cama. Liguei e adivinhem... Obvio que não encontraram...assim a equipe não é de confiança e se apoderam do que pode ser esquecido no quarto !!! Isso realmente foi o maior de todos os absurdos
