Péssima experiência
Pros:

O hotel está em reforma e estão fazendo reservas como se estivesse tudo normal. Cheguei lá ontem e barulho de obra, poeira, sem piscina, pé na areia.
Uma falta de respeito com o cliente, não aceitei ficar, solicitei cancelamento e ainda estou aguardando o estorno do pagamento pois é antecipado. Ou seja, tudo de caso pensado. Um absurdo
O recepcionista ainda me disse pessoalmente que colocaria no show, não aceito pois estive presencial (infelizmente)
Experiência horrível, tanto que adiantei meu retorno para São Paulo
Você chega para descansar e o hotel nestas condições
No anúncio não tinha nenhum comunicado sobre a reforma e um outro recepcionista disse que vai até outubro
Não me devolveram o valor, não reservem este hotel. Tratamento péssimo, tudo velho no quarto
