This was our second visit back to Royal Marina Suites and it was just a fabulous as the first time! We loved the location and views, the close proximity to the marina. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. We will be back!

Beautiful layout with rooms set out so no noise from adjacent suites. Very large suites with fantastic terrace with wonderful sun loungers. Five star bathroom. Great views from room and around pool. House keeping in and out very good.
Not a lot , thought coffee pods in room should not be charged at an extra cost.
The rooms and the views are exceptional. The staff were really friendly and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great!
My only criticism is that the pool bar closes at 6:30pm so you cannot get a drink or any food after that time. It would be nice to have the option to have a drink at the hotel, if the bars at Puerto Calera aren’t your cup of tea. If it wasn’t for this, we would have rated the hotel ten out of ten.
Property was very clean and felt brand new! Very quiet! Staff was very helpful and accommodating.
Breakfast could be a bit more elevated.

Nothing - not one thing that we didn’t enjoy about stay it was 10/10
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The property is immaculately clean. The walk to the Marina is an easy and enjoyable stroll. The sun-beds are the most comfortable I have ever experienced.
The Terrestrial TV channels didn’t work for the week we were there. They had a heavy storm the prior week which had apparently affected connectivity - in addition to the TV not working nor did the landline, so to call reception you had to use your mobile phone. This wasn’t information that was made available, we had to ask. We dropped a glass on Saturday evening and couldn’t get through to reception on the landline so we used our mobile phone - no one answered. We called at least 10 times. No return call at all. On Sunday morning I explained - the receptionist acknowledged that he had seen all the missed calls and just apologised? Thank god it wasn’t an emergency. Also we stayed in the Royal Marina Suite which was lovely but there are no draws to store underwear or swimwear, everything has to be shoved in to the inadequate wardrobe space.
Great location - close to restaurants and marina but in a really quiet area. Lovely spacious room with great sea view & huge comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

La tranquilidad el paisaje el diseño de la Suite … Todo. Gracias a Virginia de recepción que nos hizo la estancia más productiva con sus consejos y al personal de desayunos que son súper amables y profesionales.
Es una pequeña critica. En el servicio de desayunos hay demasiada parafernalia y menos atención a reponer los productos que acaban del buffet.
El ruido de platos y vasos es constante y no agradable para los comensales, hay una sensación de estrés por parte del personal de desayuno que se contagia a los clientes. No es culpa del personal es culpa de la organización de la empresa.
