El hotel es hermoso. La habitación que reservé era una habitación de lujo con cama extragrande que resultó ser muy cómoda. Las almohadas eran una suave y la otra un poco más firme, pero cómoda. El baño es amplio y en general todo muy limpio. Ofrecen complementos como cepillos, crema dental, gorra para la ducha, rasuradora, entre otros. El desayuno y cena bufet y a la carta eran excepcionalmente sabrosos.
El personal del carrito, puerta y recepción fueron atentos y serviciales.

Cons:

Todo estuvo perfecto, nada estuvo mal.

Excellent value
Pros:

Extensive breakfast, polite and helpful staff were able to reserve tickets for us. Large rooms and a good bathroom with separate bath and shower. Bed was really comfortable and soundproofing excellent. Excellent value for money. Good location in a complex of Accor hotels which are nicely set back from the main road.

Cons:

Rooms a bit dated and generally lacking a luxurious feel, although still more than comfortable. The air con system didn't cool the room down that well.

Very comfortable and well located Hotel for a short stay in Xi'an.
Pros:

Aside from being very competent in her role, April, the young lady in the Lobby Bar went out of her way to provide excellent service, to the extent that she personally ran over to the adjacent Sofitel Grand to secure a particular drink for one of our group.

Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteitverhouding in Xi'an
Pros:

Het hotel ligt afgezonderd in een groot complex dat eertijds aan de partij toebehoorde. Het is zeer rustig gelegen. Op de campus zijn verscheidene restaurants. De metro is te voet goed bereikbaar. De kamer had alles van een suite en was zeer comfortabel. Het ontbijt was uitstekend.

Cons:

Niets, behalve dat het hotel een zeer verlaten indruk gaf en dat je in de restaurants op de campus alleen zat.

We had an enjoyable stay. Would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Room was spacious. Breakfast spread was good. Location very central. You can walk to everywhere. Check in & Check out very fast and smooth. Staff always alert and helpful. Sound proofing very good. Hardly hear any noise from outside.

Cons:

Room furnishing looks a bit tired. Aircon control doesn't work. Temperature set by hotel. A bit too warm and stuffy for us. We had to open the window to allow fresh air to come in. Corridor lights a bit dimmed. Would prefer it to be slightly brighter.

In the safe and quiet area but not too far from shops and restaurants .. Special thanks to Front office and HK department that made my mother’s birthday trip memorable

Good staying experience.
Pros:

Clean room with good customer service team at the front desk.
Needed an iron and ironing board for my clothes and they managed to send it into my room.
Expressed that the A/C wasn't working, the team sent an standing fan to my room as well.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was pretty great througout my stay.

Stupende le 4 strutture dell'albergo inserite in un parco privato. Receptionist parlano l'inglese. Camera e bagno eccezionali. Letto gigante. Doccia e vasca da bagno enormi. Arredi di lusso.
