Great Hotel in Xian
Pros:

My stay at Sofitel Xi'an on Renmin Square was excellent, and I only wish I had spent more time in Xi'an to enjoy both the city and the hotel even longer.
The hotel offers beautiful, spacious rooms, and excellent facilities.

The restaurant was excellent, with thoughtful vegetarian options, and the breakfast spread was outstanding with a wide variety and exceptional quality.

What stood out most, however, was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was genuinely helpful, courteous, and happy to assist. I would especially like to recognize the concierge team, who were incredibly responsive and helpful even before my arrival, arranging things for me at very short notice with efficiency and care. Their support made the stay seamless and stress-free.

Overall, a wonderful hotel with excellent hospitality, and one I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Xi’an.

O quarto em si era muito bonito, grande e confortável. O hotel fica em um complexo com alguns restaurantes, o que facilita muito.

Bad experience, I should’ve gone with Hilton

Not much to like, I wouldn’t have booked this if I have known the conditions of this property

Cons:

The hotel is old and outdated and needed a complete remodeling, there was and issue with the shower and toilet drainage during my stay. The housekeeper came and checked but found nothing, but slowly the drainage start flowing, same issue with the toilet. I think just an old plumbing in the very old building. Molds spots in the shower. Breakfast was so so, where other hotels were better.

El Sofitel Xi'an On Renmin Square superó completamente nuestras expectativas. La habitación que elegimos era amplia y contaba con una vista espectacular. El baño, simplemente increíble, invita realmente a disfrutarlo.

El desayuno es muy completo y de excelente calidad. El hotel ofrece todas las comodidades necesarias, siendo ideal para descansar y disfrutar con calma. Su infraestructura es de primer nivel y, sin duda, invita a quedarse tanto en el hotel como en la ciudad.
