Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Exceptionally attentive staff. Spacious rooms. Good quality breakfast.

Cons:

Minor architectural/design issues (shower tending to leak outwards, master power button turning everything off but not allowing you to turn everything back on)

Очень красивый отель!
Без проблем оплатили на месте картой UnionPay РСХБ.
Номер отличный, соответствует фото при бронировании. Кровать огромная и очень удобная, великолепный санузел. Приятный комплимент при заселении тарелка с фруктами.
Завтрак шведский стол, можно найти на любой вкус, очень вкусные молочные каши и выпечка.
Удобное расположение: буквально 5-7 минут ходьбы станция метро Wulukou (линия 1 и 4) выход F.
С удовольствием вернусь сюда еще!

Loved Xi'an, Sofitel staff wonderful, wifi and spa facilities frustrating
Pros:

Excellent location, great breakfast, room was a little jaded but spacious.

Cons:

The spa facilities were non existent as if you wanted to use the free sauna it was in a treatment room, not warmed enough, no water available in that room so you could not shower, top up sauna heater or use the hige jacuzzi bath. The sauna is only really big enough for 2 people and the three of us stood around waiting for it to warm up and eventually realised this was not the relaxing afternoon we had planned.
Be warned you need a swimming cap to swim.
Wifi is available but extremely spotty and frustrating.
