Были в начале мая. Персонал великолепен! Каждый из них - ресепшн, портье, bellboy, уборка номера, лаундж, на завтраке! Добротный завтрак, хороший выбор. Номер был с доступом в лаундж, это был очень правильный выбор с моей стороны. Качество еды отличное, заменил нам ужин, также пиво неограниченно, девушки самые лучшие работали, им отдельная благодарность. Отель находится в самом центре, тихом и спокойном месте. Номер прекрасный, с двумя санузлами.
Я понимаю некоторых постояльцев с отзывом, что отель немного старого образца. Но я ставлю 10, т.к. персонал сделал так, что уровень сервиса перекрывает это с лихвой. Спасибо команде отеля за прекрасное начало нашего путешествия по Китаю!

From the moment we arrived the staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts and the service there was first class. We booked transport beforehand to collect us from the airport and they also took us back afterwards in a luxury Mercedes. This was very cheap too and the staff were extremely friendly. We were only a short walk from the town centre and again the area was very calm and safe. The hotel is only a short walk from the local Metro station which is sited just round the corner. Staff were very friendly and helped us locating it. Local Eateries were but a short walk away and again the area was very safe and you could walk the streets without any worries.
There was nothing not to like. Everyone was very friendly, they spoke good English, which was exceedingly helpful, and we booked a trip from there to see the Terracotta Warriors and were collected at the front door and returned later.
The hotel is well located. The breakfast is very good! Our reservation did not include breakfast, but we ended up having it there - paying separately and worth it. The concierge was very helpful with tips and calling a cab service. The gym is small but ok.
The room was not well cleaned, specifically the bathroom.

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. In die Stadt kam man sehr gut. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
We kregen een upgrade naar een grotere kamer. Ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid, fris en goed verzorgd. Vriendelijke ondersteuning bij het zoeken naar attracties in de stad.
Inrichting van de kamer is iets gedateerd.
Vi fik et dejligt stor værelse.
Der manglede ordentlig ost og mere groft brød til morgen maden. Hotellets restauranter var meget dyre. VI manglede adgang til lounge.

Bezoek zeker het Peoples hotel op Sofitel terrein en dineer in de avond bij het Italiaans restaurant,drink daarbij een Lava Chinese rode wijn van topkwaliteit !

The hotel room was very spacious and had all the amenities, the hotel seems a bit dated. Staff was very attentive and kind.

The stupid pool rule!! Not allowed in the pool unless you wear a swim cap??
We weren’t allowed in the pool unless we wore a cap? Hygiene rules??
The hotel gave us a cap to borrow so we could use the pool. Whilst we were in the pool, an Asian man was in the pool and all he kept doing was spitting in the pool!!!
We couldn’t get out of the water quick enough.
We couldn’t swim in the pool unless we had a swim cap on to protect our hair/head. Yet someone was in the pool spitting everywhere?
It was a ridiculous rule.
