I had a wonderful stay there as a first timer in Newcastle and UK, and I will definitely recommend.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good and the bed was comfortable. The area too was very lovely and with lots of amenities like supermarkets and restaurants. And we had a parking lot facility.

Cons:

May be an air conditioner in the room, couple of nights it was very hot.
