Loved the mold in the bathroom
Who cant love the mold in the bathroom and getting woken up my loud neighbours knocking on doors at 2am without shirt on
Great location, very helpful friendly staff, clean and tidy room, good value for money.
Only downside was Mattress was un comfortable, very warm room no airflow even with window open. Didn’t help it was a heatwave.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, though the towel arrangement for 2 people was strange (or towels missing). For 2 people we had 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel, 1 bath sheet and 1 floor mat. The staff at the reception were polite and helpful.
We stayed at the Carlton part of the hotel. The room we were given was at the end of a long corridor - that was not a problem. However, the corridor contained steps located in two places right after the fire doors. In one place the step was only marked on the wall before the door rather than on the door itself so it wasn't obvious there was a step behind. I went through the door and was lucky not to fall after stepping down heavily on the floor. Therefore, this door should be clearly marked to indicate the step right behind it.

Room to hot , not very clean very shabby carpet no hooks in bathroom for clothes 2 fans in the room but 1 didn't work. Booked a family room in the main hotel but ended up in this one which is not great.
