Very clean hotel with modern furniture and bedding. Well decorated and spacious room. Large king size bed with nice shower and bathroom. Off-street parking.

La zona, con muchos restaurantes. El acceso al centro era muy fácil y rápido mediante transporte público, metro y bus. Dispone de parking para clientes.
No me informaron de que la limpieza de la habitación era exclusivamente bajo demanda expresa del cliente. En la web pone de forma explícita que ésta era diaria. Al desconocer que debía pedirla, ningún dia me limpiaron la habitación.
Por otro lado la habitación está directamente sobre un pub y no está convenientemente insonorizada, por lo que había mucho ruido mientras el pub estaba abierto. En el hotel no avisaron de esto ni dieron opción a elegir otra habitación.

Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, typisch britisch mit warmen Bestandteilen.
Hotel war mal sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, inzwischen aber stark abgenutzt und es wird am Zimmerpersonal gespart (Sauberkeit).
It was next door to a very nice pub the spy bar
Our sheets weren’t clean and not disabled friendly no lifts only stairs
Parking is difficult, if you can get it. Checking into one hotel and then walking to another hotel/building around 50 metres away and across a busy road is not "helpful". On the plus side, we were warned about potential parking issues and that the rooms would be in a different hotel/building. Breakfast which was in the hotel we checked in was very good and the place looked nice. The rooms in the hotel/building we stayed in looked/felt old and in need of TLC
