Pros:

Location was good, room a good size, comfy bed, great shower, friendly staff. The fridge in the room was quite handy too.

Newcastle break
Pros:

Had a great stay.the hotel was great for a break to Newcastle.
Lovely room very spacious. The breakfast was really good.

Cons:

We were across the road in the sister hotel .Room was on the top floor with no lift.I should have looked into the hotel more.

Good location and it was fine for a cheap short stay.
Pros:

Good location and there was free parking available.

Cons:

The hotel looked dated quite a dirty carpet leading to the rooms and some touch ups needed here and there. On the whole it was acceptable.

A great, good quality priced hotel what is lacks in opulent spender is made up by it’s excellent staff.
Pros:

It did have limited parking. An integrated bar. Excellent staff

I didn’t like the fact that we weren’t in the cairn but put over the road. My mum had a fall cos the step in the lobby was not marked and she went down with a clatter. I showed the girl in the bar. This happened the morning we were checking out and she said she would report it
