Parfait pour quelques jours à Venise
Pros:

Le lit est super, taille parfaite et confortable. L’emplacement géographique est top :) la Clim est un beau plus

Pros:

La habitación moderna, cómoda y muy limpia. La ducha muy buena. Y la ubicación perfecta, relativamente cerca de todo para llegar caminando desde la estación y recorrer todo venecia a pie.

Cons:

No nos cambiaron las toallas ni tuvimos servicio de limpieza.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, todo muy limpio y cuidado.

Cons:

Algo pequeño, justo de espacio. Cuidado con el check in, si llegas más tarde de las 19h te cobran 30-35€ y según a que hora llegues te cobran más (en efectivo).

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Venise !
Pros:

Emplacement top au calme loin du monde et jolie chambre.

Cons:

Prix un peu élevé quand même et la pièce de vie à côté de notre chambre un peu bruyant le matin quand les gens déjeunent très tôt et que nous dormions dans la chambre collée au salon.

It was good but I expected much better
Cons:

It could’ve been better if there was a possibility to leave the luggage’s when we arrived even before the room was ready, or to at least be told that there’s no reception.
Also the bathroom had humidity leaks in the walls and the shower floor looked moldy.

Nous avons adoré
Pros:

J'ai adoré le confort de la chambre très bon matelas avant tout. Tout étais proche moins de 5 minute a pied restaurant, boulangerie, café/ Bar et proche également de l'arrêt bateaux/ bus pour etre simple tout étais parfait

Cons:

R.A.S vraiment j'ai pas de choses négatif a se sujet nôtre séjour en amoureux étais plus que parfait

I am satisfied
Pros:

Giada welcomed us beautifully, explaining everything in a friendly atmosphere and with a smile. The Marco Polo room was perfect for two people. The entire building was very clean. Someone had thought of providing good home-like furnishings, including household appliances and even cutlery, plates, etc. in the kitchen, towels, hygiene products, and even a hairdryer. Thank You :)

Cons:

These are little things (tips) that might be useful to the staff: you could consider having a good quality umbrella available. Those bought in tourist boutiques don't last three days. A mosquito net, even on one window, would be great – not everyone likes air conditioning. But these are minor things.
