Cons:

The parking was a huge hassle, for people paying for a suite we should automatically get valet parking instead we had to do self check out and walk 30 minutes. They were cheap on towels people shouldn’t have to pay extra for basic necessities. The phone wasn’t working. The soap was literally just made of water. Me and my family staying we’re unhappy and had many complaints. Would not recommend or stay again

Pros:

location was great, room was large and security to room was nice, you are near all the amenities.

Cons:

carpet was stained, using a 3rd party and front desk couldn't make a decision on late check out is ridiculous, so front desk said it was fine, but booking.com would have to ask the front desk said, and booking.com never responded, which makes no sense if the hotel controls the rooms through management rights, so very inconvenient.
