Property is amazingly located, more or less close to the city center with amazing coffee shop downstairs. We really liked the bed and communication. Cleanliness was great.
As a lot of properties in this side of the world the facilities are a bit dated and tired. Requires renovations pictures
Location, clean and staff were wonderful. Laundry was nice to have.
Based on pictures I thought all rooms faced the courtyard and the courtyard is just the coffee place courtyard.
Great location within walking distance of all the sights. Good coffee at the cafe downstairs. Lovely staff and clean room. Should be noted that the balcony is quite small with no chairs, but overall highly recommend.
Location was fantastic.Could walk everywhere. The coffee shop had a nice vibe. Staff not onsite all the time but very responsive to all requests and questions.
Shower curtain rings missing- a bit tacky for the price. No crockery / cutlery / cuts provided in the kitchenette.

M village Tu Xuong is the best lodging in HCMC for me. It’s was like staying in a vintage villa 🧚🏼♂️
There is a super cool cafe shop next door with a beautiful garden🌿 ( has drinks discounts for M village’s guests)
Their room is chic and clean🫴🏻 ( just few rooms for this house)

Exceptionally friendly staff, I accidentally booked a room for the next day and a man Hanh responded instantly and came to help even though it was late evening. The room was clean, modern, had a high ceiling so it felt spacious, the window overlooked the local garden, it was very quiet at night.
I don't remember anything serious, except for slightly smelly towels and the fact that I would have liked a cup instead of a glass.
Fantastic stay - we had a great, spacious room which was really calming and relaxing to be in. Super comfy beds and I liked that the linen and towels were much nicer than the typical white hotel ones. Loved waking up to the leafy view. Staff were very welcoming and check in and luggage storage very handy. It was also great to have a fridge!
Walking distance to city centre. Quite quiet neighbourhood. Excelent beds; firm and stabilised. Spacious shower. Friendly staff. The laundry!
Nice pantry with big fridge, microwave and water cooker. But the following items were missing: plates, cups, cutlery.
Aircoditioner was working but not very well; it probably needs a refil with refrigerant R134a or newer.
The temperature-indicator of the airconditioner is 'always on', illuminating the room at night. (a piece of carton and some tape helped.)
