Some strange smell down the aircon present.
I had an excellent experience with Blue Ocean Boutique, this place is great value for money, and the staff are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and professional. The room I stayed in was perfect—spacious and ideal for a family. Highly recommend!
Some five minutes walk to the beach
Very unpleasant experience with the staff. One of the staff members randomly entered my room at 3:00 in the morning. Although he apologised for the mistake, this was highly disturbing. We were promised a transfer to the airport, waited for 45 minutes and staff literally couldn’t figure out what happened to the transfer the hotel booked. At the end, we had to figure it out on our own two hours before our flight.
Comfy bed. Staff were very friendly/hospitable
A bit far from Station 2 but manageable by taking the E-trikes!
We stay in Boracay many times we have a buffet breakfast but this time no.

Good location easy access to almost everything. 5-8 minute walk to the beach. Free breakfast is delicious with many servings. Hardly finished the meal. Staff are very friendly and accomodating
No elevator, towels not replaced daily (you can still request they offer it for free) but all good you get what you paid for
I loved that it's so close to almost all the locations we wanted to go to, especially White Beach. So we saved a lot on fare. Also, it's close to a pharmacy, convenience store, and laundry shop. Its location is perfect. Also, there's a complimentary breakfast, which saved us a lot of hassle of finding a place to eat. Plus! the staff is so nice.
We got the top room near the balcony, so somehow we are having a great view of the sunset.
Perhaps, it's outside the property's scope, but when you leave their lobby, you are greeted by a big deep puddle of mud, about the size of the whole alleyway. And no matter how hot the day is, there's always that mud puddle. Perhaps, the hotel, establishments around that area, whose customers pass by the area, or maybe the barangay itself do something about it, some gravel would have helped alleviate the problem.
The staff is super kind and they are always ready and willing to help on anything you need. the internet connection on the room was more than perfect to work. the room was super comfy and it was cleaned immediately when requested.

I thought the location was beach front but not although close to eatery places which was great.
Like I said that a little disappointed not beach front.
