The establishment, it's beautiful. The pool is beautiful. The restaurant and the barn are fabulous. However, the room security was a total failure. The door did not lock once reporting this to the front desk. They were unable to solve it for over 2 hours. As I waited and missed my meeting. I've requested a new room and the new room had a similar problem with a door did not lock fully. When I returned from dinner, the housekeeping team had entered the the room for cleaning, which is perfectly fine. However, the door was once again unlocked. And this time was left wide open. I reported this to the desk and spoke to them. In both native languages, Spanish, an English, no apologies were given. No discount was given. I wish that this had been addressed early. If you're traveling to this location, check your doors and make sure they open correctly. And stay locked.

Cons:

I did not like that management was not available, meaning a supervisor or a manager to address the door and security issues of this establishment, i also did not appreciate that the handyman was not able to adjust and fix the doors of both rooms. This is a security issue. There must be addressed immediately. The doors must be tested. The keys must be tested to assure customer. Satisfaction.
