No tv the whole time room was little smelled like mold beds were uncomfortable had to ask for rags towels and toilet paper moved from one room to another because tv didn't work and this room had no internet so I could not use the tv the entire stay which is crazy bathroom shower was not cleaned throughly honestly was very excited to stay at this hotel but after the stay i wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Tranquility

There were no instructions in the room about anything and nowhere to sit except the bed—a little table or desk would have been nice. There was nothing I could find about requesting housekeeping so I just assumed they’d come and at least give fresh towels. There were only a couple of towels and no bath mat up in arrival so we really needed more towels the next day. But no one showed up and I had to go to the front desk and get towels. There was only one tiny waste basket in the entire room—in the bathroom and a note not to throw paper in the toilet. I thought the hotel was pretty high end to have to put up with not flushing toilet paper. The room seemed to be in a quiet location but I was kept awake most of the night by extremely noisy people and Im not sure where they were but it was upsetting given the amount paid for the room. The bartender was pretty much a curmudgeon and acted “ put out” if you asked him for a drink and getting a drink took forever. It wasn’t a fun vibe for a cool pool bar! The breakfast was okay but the coffee kept running out (which does not bode well for folks who needs their morning fix) and it took forever for new coffee to get there. Again the staff was not particularly friendly. It could be that remodeling was going on and the breakfast room was makeshift? Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. But…there was no milk or half and half—only non-dairy creamer which is a sin in my book!

It was perfect

Room was a box, tiny pool, lousy location, limited English staff.

“Adults Only” would mistakenly lead you to think of a quiet place to enjoy your stay. Forget about it. Disco Music is played all day long at a Disco volume. If you’re unlucky enough to be assigned with a room close to the pool where the music is played forget about any kind of rest. Our room was facing directly to one of the loudspeakers in the alley connecting front desk with the pool. Ask for an interior room if you still want to spend 300+ $.
We arrived at 13:30 (1 hour and a half before check in time). First think we hear is “check in is at 15:00”. I asked if we could get in the room if it was already prepared. And it was, so I could checked in but not before been briefed that I was not getting charged for that 150$ if I joined Wyndham whatever club; “there’s always a catch” the front desk girl said.
Was it that difficult to let me in a room already prepared straight ahead and secure a future client by treating him properly at 0 cost?

La ubicación al lado de la carretera. La playa lejos. La habitación no la limpian ni cambian las toallas. No tenían toallas para la playa. El desayuno muy simple.

Que el desayuno lo daban en platos desechables, para ir al segundo piso había que subir la maleta en la mano porque no había ascensor y el precio era muy alto para un trato parecido al de un hostal.

The room on my second stay was cramp and right outside of the pool and bar area which was extremely noisy and wet from the pool water.
