حفاوة وتجرّبه متكامله

الاستقبال كأنو لطيفين و متعاونين

خدمة تنظيف الغرف ، أنا لي تجرّبه مع فندق The OQ في بداية الافتتاح وكانت تجربه اكثر من رائعه ، ولكن فريق خدمة تنظيف الغرف ما ادري اي مصطلح اذكر يشرح الموقف اللي مريت فيه في هذي المره لي معهم عدم مبالاه او عدم تقدير للنزيل ولكن الاسقبال المتعاون اللطيف ارسل لي مسؤول الفريق للغرفه وكان معاه واحد من الفريق وللأسف لا يوجد جديه او اصرار في معرفة الخطاء الذي أزعجني واتمنى ان يوصل كلامي بلا صيغة جمع فندق "The OQ” كا كل ممتاز حتى في ادق التفاصيل ماعادا فريق النظافه واتمنى تجربتي القادمه تكون جيده وكل الشكر للفريق الاستقبال على الحفاوة والتعاون في إطار عملهم

Hat großes Potential, aber noch ein paar Anlaufschwierigkeiten. Vielleicht in ein paar Jahren wieder.

Leider Abluft Lüfter im Schlafzimmer sehr laut!
Problem konnte vom Personal nicht gelöst werden
(Lüfter befindet sich im Schlafzimmer statt im angrenzenden Bad - Fehlplanung)
Zudem gibt es tagsüber noch Baulärm, da auf den Nachbargrundstücken neue Gebäude errichtet werden - das ganze Viertel ist noch im Aufbau.
Aber wegen dem lauten Lüfter im Zimmer hat man dann auch nachts keine Ruhe.

Nur ein einziger Haken für Handtücher im Bad. Keine Möglichkeit die restlichen 3-4 Handtücher aufzuhängen.

Keine Seifenschade in Bad und Toilette… die Seife klebt dann auf der Anrichte fest

SPA und Fitnessstudio nur zu erreichen wenn man das Hotel verlässt, obwohl im selben Gebäude, aber anderer Eingang.
Das selbe gilt für die zusätzlichen Bars/Restaurants

Rooftop Bar „Cocoo“ wegen Umbauten auf unbestimmte Zeit geschlossen, obwohl damit sowohl auf der Website als auch im Zimmer Werbung gemacht wird.
Auch an der verschlossenen Tür selbst findet sich kein Hinweis, man muss erst an der Rezeption nachfragen, um zu erfahren, dass es geschlossen ist.

The hotel is beautifully designed and reflects a high level of elegance and attention to detail. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and visually impressive.

Cons:

My experience was affected by a few issues during my stay. The air conditioning in my lounge room malfunctioned on the second day of my stay , which caused some discomfort. In addition, I noticed that the response time of the service staff was occasionally slower than expected on makeing up and laundery service request.

I believe the hotel has great potential, and addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
