Receptionist inadeguata !

La ragazza alla receptionist non so se era fuori di testa oppure non Sa Fare il suo lavoro , nel gestire con tranquillità gli ospiti , non provando a collaborare con loro per capire dove stava il problema nella nostra prenotazione.
Dopo si è scusata per il suo atteggiamento, ma credo che ci siano alcuni problemi ai piani alti!! Da buttare in mezzo al porto...

La camera molto carina, si vede che è stata ristrutturata da poco, la posizione comoda, sul piccolo porticciolo.
Molto gentile e disponibile il personale e la colazione molto buona, fatta sulla terrazza con vista sul mare (croissant, pain au chocolat, pane con marmellata e una torta)

Purtroppo all'arrivo la receptionist è stata poco adeguata in quanto a cortesia ed accoglienza. Con dispiacere devo segnale un comportamento piuttosto indisponente e alterato, dianzi ad un imprecisione nella prenotazione. Lei stessa ha poi riconosciuto il proprio comportamento inopportuno.
