Pros:

Essen sehr gut und eine wahnsinnige Auswahl, und Personal sehr freundlich.
Großer Saunabereich/ Ruhebereich.
Alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Schwimmbad ist nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet, da es keine Abgrenzungen gibt . ( Kinder sind immer in der Überzahl und im ganzen Becken verteilt und springen natürlich überall ins Becken( was für Kinder natürlich normal ist).
Es würde genügen, irgendeine kleine Abgrenzung zu schaffen.
Im Fitnessbereich waren von 2 Steppern nur einer funktionstüchtig.
Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und auch schon etwas veraltet (Bad) noch Mansarde dazu . Hier hat das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht gepasst.

Super sympathisches Hotel mit wirklich ausgezeichneter Küche mit Schwerpunkt auf lokale BIO-Lebensmittel, freundlichen, bemühten Mitarbeitern, schönem Wellness-Bereich und netten Zimmern. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Empfehlung: tolle Massagen/Behandlungen im SPA. Toll: Ski-In & Ski-Out, direkt an der Piste, für uns als Skifahrer großartig. Schön auch, dass es für jeden Gast einen Garagenplatz gibt! Super Hotelbar!

Cons:

Wirklich nur kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: die Hauptspeise innerhalb des Wahlmenüs könnte etwas größer ("mehr") sein, die Betten sind eher auf der harten Seite (viele mögen das, mir war's zu hart), und last but not least, dass der SPA-/Wellness-Bereich erst um 14 Uhr öffnet - es müssen ja nicht alle Saunen ab Vormittag geöffnet sein, aber wenn ich einen Tag Pause vom Skifahren einlegen möchte, dann will ich doch auch schon mal früher in die Sauna oder ins Dampfbad. Ja, Strom ist teuer, aber man könnte ja zumindest einen Teil der Saunen ab 10 oder 11 Uhr öffnen bzw. "anwerfen"...

Na pewno tam wrócimy!
Pros:

Fantastyczny pobyt, super wydajne suszarki do butów, szafki na narty, cała strefa SPA- sauny, baseny z masażem. Jedzenie wyborne, przemiła obsługa, w szczególności Johana, która nas obsługiwała przez cały tydzień- przemiła, nienachalna.

Cons:

Omówiliśmy te kwestie z recepcją.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein älteres Zimmer direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl/Treppenhaus über der Küche.
Man hörte jeden Tritt aus dem Treppenhaus und die Küchenmitarbeiter bis spät abends.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war traumhaft und das Personal herzlich. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass in der Auswahl der Lebensmittel konsequent auf Regionalität gesetzt wird und wir trotzdem in keiner Weise auf den kulinarischen Genuss verzichten mussten. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
