The breakfast was phenomenal. It far exceeded my expectations.
Every morning I ate too much. The breakfast was huge.
The location is fantastic, the hotel and rooms are clean. The day manager (Burak) is extremely helpful and helped organise the hot air balloon rides for us and we were very happy with that. The night manager (Mostafa) is kind and helpful too and picked us up at night after our shuttle dropped at us away from the hotel. Our suite was massive and the jacuzzi was fabulous, bathrooms are massive too. They heated the suite before our arrival as it was very cold, that was a great touch. We were on the top of the hill and the view is just gorgeous!!
The housekeeping was regular and good.
Breakfast is legendary! The chef is amazing and is happy to cook for you. We asked several servings of our favourite things and she was excited to serve us.
If we come to Cappadocia again, we will definitely stay here! They also let us check out an hour late!

Horrible, was a big mistake from my part choosing this property, it was far away from the center, without taxi is impossible to find delicious food and place to relax. The bathroom without door makes difficulty and impossible to stayed inside the room, because smallest like a dip posset. After this bad experience, next time I will visit again Cappadocia, but choosing a hotel on center city, in center city was wonderfully and easy for tourist to find everything needed.

La salida a las 11 de la mañana nevada y nos tocó quedarnos hasta las 8 en la calle que. Era la hora de nuestro vuelo ..hay hoteles que tienen una habitación de cortesía este no la tiene

On web page booking.com was everything amazing but the reality was different ,the bathroom was without door and its smells like a deep posset , was impossible to sleep and stay at the room ,I was all the time around the city at the center Cappadocia , spending a lot of money finding the right place to eat and enjoying Cappadocia beauty . The location was in a lost village far a way ,making more expensive for the taxi coast .

Friendly and accommodating staff helped from booking to leaving. Breakfast was phenomenal. Awesome room. Can’t say enough about how amazing the room was with a hamam, a sauna, a jacuzzi, balcony, huge bed and sitting area.
No where to dry clothing if you washed it.
Great staff and perfect place to view the early morning balloon flights. The breakfast is fabulous and the food manager and hotel manager.
