Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Alles war frisch und lecker. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das äußerst freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls top: Mit dem Auto ist alles schnell und bequem erreichbar.
Unser Zimmer war ein absolutes Highlight , vor allem die private Sauna und der Jacuzzi haben für pure Entspannung gesorgt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt rundum genossen und kommen gerne wieder!
The location was amazing! It’s so close to where the balloons land, and seeing them gather was spectacular. The room was very comfortable as well. I was highly impressed by the staff's hospitality. There was a minor issue with a gap in the shower that caused some leaking on my first night, but upon bringing it to their attention, I was promptly upgraded. The peace of mind that comes from such reliable service is exactly what Japanese travelers value.
I think guests would love it even more if there were a path to the hill behind the hotel to see the balloons up close. Also, the hill leading to the hotel is a bit steep, but the staff were kind enough to pick me up. It would be great if you could include that contact info in the booking details.
Bilo je lepo, utisak bi verovatno bio mnogo lepsi da nije padala stalno kisa ali na to ne mozemo da uticemo. Zbog toga smo bili vecinom u sobi, svidelo nam se sto hotel ima svoju aplikaciju pa smo mogli da narucimo hranu iz sobe. Osoblje je jako ljubazno. Put nije bio toliko strasan, citali smo komentare, i ocekivala sam mnogo losiji prilaz, jeste veliki uspon ali nista nemoguce.
la stanza era magnifica compresa la Jacuzzi e la posizione è strategica in quanto sei staccato dal casino di Goreme. Inoltre il panorama e la colazione erano ottime
per il punto in cui si trova, se si hanno delle valigie e si è a piedi bisogna camminare e con la macchina la manovra non è super semplice.

Hizli check-in, guleryuzlu otel calisanlari, hergun değişen lezzetli kahvalti, oda tasarimi ozellikle suite Oda, otopark olmasi. Sabah 0620de kalkan balonlari izlemeniz icin manzara.
Temizliğe biraz daha özen gösterilmeli. Banyo ekipmanları artık ne kadar temizlensede yıpranmış duruyor. Havlular yenisi ile degistirilmeli.

Staying here is like walking into Instagram. Magical, romantic, beautiful and interesting. The hot air balloons were so close you could almost hop right in. Great hospitality.
It’s at the top of the hill so if you are on foot it’s a bit of a hike. Younger couples and small family appropriate.
The location is really good with good view of hot air balloons. Burak was really helpful and very hospitable in guiding us to tour around and supporting us with arrangement with always a smile on his face.
Only concern was the walk uphill but the hotel has arrangement of car to bring you up.

The breakfast was phenomenal. It far exceeded my expectations.
Every morning I ate too much. The breakfast was huge.
The location is fantastic, the hotel and rooms are clean. The day manager (Burak) is extremely helpful and helped organise the hot air balloon rides for us and we were very happy with that. The night manager (Mostafa) is kind and helpful too and picked us up at night after our shuttle dropped at us away from the hotel. Our suite was massive and the jacuzzi was fabulous, bathrooms are massive too. They heated the suite before our arrival as it was very cold, that was a great touch. We were on the top of the hill and the view is just gorgeous!!
The housekeeping was regular and good.
Breakfast is legendary! The chef is amazing and is happy to cook for you. We asked several servings of our favourite things and she was excited to serve us.
If we come to Cappadocia again, we will definitely stay here! They also let us check out an hour late!
