Der Service war sehr gut, das Frühstück super lecker und die Aussicht einfach traumhaft! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt war das Bett, das für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart war.
The location of this hotel for balloon viewing is fabulous.
There were lovely touches to celebrate my husband's birthday...a cake and bowl of fruit.
We chose the honeymoon suite so that we could enjoy the spa bath with a view. It was enormous....
The spa bath was so big - too big for two and took an age to fill, when you turn the jets on there was a strong smell of sulphur.
The cave suite is authentic, but therefore comes with a downside of a smell of dampness and lots of black mold in the bathroom. ...although the cleaning staff kept it as immaculate as possible.
If you are brave, driving up to their car park can be done, but not all taxis will take you right up to the hotel and no minibuses /vans can make it up to collect you.
We are pleased we tried it...and the location was memorable, but it is an extremely expensive option if you choose a premium room with so many choices in Goreme to be had.

Le personnel est aux petits soins avec une réception 24/24h. La chambre est splendide avec un sauna, bain à remous, petite terrasse... Le petit-déjeuner est excellent avec une très belle vue. Le spectacle des montgolfières est magnifique, nous sommes très bien situé et en dehors du bruit de Goreme mais juste à côté de tous les sites et villes à visiter.
Je préfère le mentionner, le fait de prendre une chambre troglodyte fait partie du voyage et de l'expérience mais attention au taux d'humidité qui monte extrémement vite. Pour une personne asthmatique cela peut être délicat. L'hotel a tout de même prévu un grand ventillateur et la climatisation ce qui n'est pas négligeable.

We visited whilst on our honeymoon. The panoramic views of the valley from the restaurant are fantastic. It is ideally situated for anyone wanting to see the hot air balloons in the morning.
The breakfast is substantial with plenty of options and generally filled us until evening dinner.
We were generously upgraded to a larger suite and the staff were phenomenal at taking care of us, from arranging transport up the hill from our transfer drop-off, to lending us an umbrella one evening while it rained. We felt looked after throughout our stay.
It is situated in a quieter town than the busy Goreme. There are still several bars and restaurants at the bottom of the hill and we are so glad we chose to stay here.
We didnt mind the steep climb up to the hotel but aware some people could find it slightly challenging. Worth the climb for the views though.

Up on hill for great views of Goreme, distant towns, topography, and hot air balloons!! Quieter than downtown Goreme which we preferred. A few very nice restaurants walking distance.
A little musty smell in the bathroom and jacuzzi area but didn’t feel dirty. Wish there was a candle or way to mask it.
O Azure Cave é um ótimo hotel, limpo, staff simpático, bom pequeno almoço e com uma vista maravilhosa. O quarto estava impecável, era enorme e lindo. Dá para observar os balões a voar ao nascer do sol e assistir também a um pôr do sol lindo. Tem restauração e lojinhas ao pé, mas longe o suficiente para não incomodar.
Entra muita luz de manhã no quarto, não há como tapar a janela. Não gostámos das almofadas, mas isso pode ser um gosto nosso.
O hotel fica mesmo no topo de uma subida íngreme pelo que para pessoas com pouca mobilidade é desaconselhavel. As carrinhas de transfer não conseguem subir, pelo que é necessário esperar por elas no início da rua. No entanto, o hotel tem um carro que pode fazer esse trajeto e assim ajudar com as bagagens, são muito prestáveis e deixa de ser um problema.
L’hôtel est très bien situé notamment pour regarder le vol des montgolfières. C’est un hôtel à échelle humaine avec des chambres troglodytes propre et confortable.
L’hôtel sert un petit déjeuner service à table avec plusieurs choix, mais ils n’étaient pas trop à nos goûts.

The water coming out of the faucet in the jacuzzi had a odour for a short period.

Die Aussicht war ein Erlebnis. Am ersten Tag sind wir Balon gefahren und am nächsten hatten wir eine schöne Aussicht vom Hotel wie die Ballons aufgestiegen sind. War auch ein schönes Erlebnis
Die Straße zum Hotel war etwas steil. Kann man nichts machen. Es ist eine Alte Straße. Man kommt aber mit etwas Schwung schon hoch nur etwas vorsichtig sein.
