Cons:

La limpieza no fue lo esperado. En primer lugar nunca supuse que en un hotel de la cadena Hilton no hubiera servicio de limpieza todos los días. En todos los hoteles hay todos los días, lo digo por experiencia, justo venía de una cadena Marriott y la diferencia fue muy grande. Solo cuando me acerqué a preguntar ahí me enteré y tuve que pedir todo lo que necesitaba. Al día siguiente vinieron pero no repusieron jabón y no sacaron la basura. La verdad no volvería a ese hotel.

Czysto, duży pokój . Wygodne łóżka . Dobre śniadania. Pomocna obsługa. Możliwość zostawienia bagaży.

Cons:

Widać że część sprzętów jest podstarzała. Fotele w holu na parterze są brudne i powinny być wymienione

I like the location and the decor in the building.

Cons:

The Guest service lady in the middle desk counter was not friendly or displaying great customer service
Didn't acknowledge me or anyone in my party until she got off the phone which she ended up getting on the phone right after she got off one call to get on another so pretty much waited at the counter so she was finished and still didn't get a room as it was not ready. Came back 30 minutes later and the lady to the right of her checked me in right away.

The other complaint was that the beds were not comfortable. And toilet was extremely low

Pros:

The hotel was amazing plus the breakfast was the best we've stayed at a lot of hotels this was far the best

Cons:

We stayed 4 nights but the last night was horrific the heater went out and there was no phone service and it was freezing not good
