Cómoda en lugar, limpia, habitación grande
Fantastic location. Decent breakfast.
Provide a smokers litter bin. People throw cigarette butts near the entrance. Some of the lifts were constantly out of service.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. They gave advice on food options.
Location
Slip and fall due to a dripping air conditioner in the room and tv streaming didn’t work
Everyone was nice. It was clean
The ice machine on the 14th was out of ice
Booked two rooms for my husband and I, and for my stepdaughter and her boyfriend, stayed for one night before our cruise to Mexico. Hotel was 2 blocks away from Bourbon street. 10 min drive to cruise port. Clean and spotless rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Did not get to take advantage of the free breakfast. Overall, it was a great stay.
Overpriced hotel. Bunch of homeless people outside. It is a nice hotel but the area was not so much. Valet parking was $60 for a night.
Friendly staff and good location
Everything
Nothing was wrong
I didn't get the chance to try the breakfast. I forgot that it was offered. I did walk through there for some coffee, but they didn't have French vanilla creamer
No French vanilla creamer
Everything was in walking distance.
It was to much loitering.
Room was huge. Beds were comfortable. Great location. Staff was helpful.
Pretty pricey. Maybe price was raised for Jazzfest.
Location location location… we walked the entire trip. The lobby is clean and updated. Staff very friendly. The rooms are really clean the hallways smell nice. Breakfast was great the area is a good size and the staff kept it well stocked and clean.
This will be my go to when I’m NOLA
The front desk staff, our room was nice the breakfast was good
The lobby and the dirty front of building. Too many pan handlers out front. It,was disgusting. I didn't feel safe at all. My daughter was with me. Nobody approached us..but it was not a good look for hotel when you coming in from late night dinner or jazzed bar.
