Cons:

Boekte verkeerde datum (een dag te vroeg) en kon dat ook de zelfde dag als dat ik het geboekt had niet meer omzetten naar de volgende dag. Ze zijden dat er geen kamers meer vrij waren terwijl ik via boeking het gewoon kon boeken.

Great affordable option if you don’t mind sewage smell
Pros:

The location was great and the room was affordable. Room dated but mostly clean.

Cons:

Given the price we did not expect much and we were just looking for a clean place to crash. That being said when first arriving we noticed how hard the beds were. They were not much better than the floor, but we took it as it is given the price. Later that night, once we flushed the toilet we noticed a sewer smell coming from the drains. We had planned to stay two nights but given the smell we decided to leave early. When we checked out early I informed the reception we were checking out early to continue our trip because of the sewage smell from the bathroom. The lady did not seem surprised and radioed one of the cleaning ladies. There was no attempt at customer service. Unfortunately, we had also booked one night a few days later on our trip back from the north. I tried to cancel but was unable to due to the cancellation policy. We decided to give the place one more chance, believing it may just be that room. Once we returned we were given a different room and had the same issue with the rock hard bed and the bathroom sewage smell. I once again informed the same reception lady and was met with the same response and no attempt to fix the issue. Additionally, the walls were so thin we could hear everyone partying and someone violently throwing up for an hour.

Lage direkt im Zentrum, Bad und Zimmer groß und komfortabel. Alles da, was man braucht. Sehr schöner Pool, der leider etwas kalt war.

Cons:

Wir kamen um 13 Uhr an. Die Dame am Empfang hat nicht mal von ihrem Handyspiel aufgeschaut, als ich sie nach dem Einchecken gefragt habe. Flapsige Antwort, dass es erst um 14 geht. Meine Frage, ob das Zimmer vielleicht früher fertig ist, wurde pampig mit Nein beantwortet. Kein Bemühen, zu prüfen, ob man hier ggf. doch früher einchecken könnte. Auf die Frage nach einer Toilette, wurde was von ,hinter’ m Gym’ geantwortet, witzig- wenn man nicht weiß wo das ist.
Während der ganzen Zeit hat sie am Handy ihr Spiel durchzogen.

Pros:

We checked in late and checked out early and staff were more than accommodating. The hotel is well situated, about 5 min walk from the main walking street but there is still plenty around - it was quite nice to be outside all the noise a little bit. The pool area was nice, the bed was comfy, a little road noise but nothing that kept us awake.
