Excellent base
Pros:

One of the coolest properties I’ve stayed out. The cafe area is really cozy. The room was much bigger than I expected. Didn’t use the local area too much as it caters for the university students but taxi into town not too bad. Really attentive owner who responds quickly.

建筑非常特色 主人非常有心经营 也感受到了来自乌兹别克斯坦朋友带来的精致食物 旅途中非常特别的一次体验 很享受 旁边就是汉江 可以走到汝矣岛公园 四楼可以看到城市风景 再走到地铁的路上 有个坡 建议早上一定要感受一下太阳和安静坡道带给你的城市风景 很特别美丽又安逸 非常棒 下次来一定再住这个旅店

This place was great to stay. It was very comfortable, and it was very cozy. In the ground floor there was book cafe and there was sharing kitchen too. You have to pay beverage in the book cafe. But the price is still reasonable.

Pros:

Очень милое место в аутентичном районе. Удобный сэлф-чекин в любое время, в номере чисто, есть все необходимое, очень приветливый хост, удобная курилка в окружении растений.
Из аэропорта едет автобус 6016. Общественный транспорт в городе так и не был освоен в виду своих особенностей, но на помощь всегда приходил uber.
Следует учитывать, что отель расположен на возвышенности, что может быть проблематично при путешествии с тяжелыми чемоданами (а они таковыми точно станут).
Если привезете книгу на родном языке, то вас ждет небольшой презент. Мой разместился на холодильнике ;)

Schönes, geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer, etwas abseits vom Zentrum. Außerdem gibt’s eine Gemeinschaftsküche im Keller.

Cons:

Etwas ab vom Schuss, aber mit den Öffentlichen gut erreichbar (circa 15min zu Fuß zum Bus/Metro).

Great guesthouse in local neighbourhood
Pros:

Really great guesthouse in a residential neighbourhood. The room I stayed in was perfect for 1 person or a couple. Owner was very kind and nice to be welcomed in via the self service cafe. I personally enjoyed the local vibes in the neighbourhood as I wanted to experience a different part of Seoul - but if you have mobility challenges moving about from here might be a little challenge as it is located on a hill. Wonderful stay, thank you!
