I booked this property thru booking.com several months before my planned stay at 4 Points Sheraton. I picked this hotel for several reasons. The first was due to its location to the Punta Cana airport. We were leaving on Feb. 4, 2026 to go back to the airport to take the NCL shuttle to La Romano for our cruise. Second, I picked this hotel as it was within walking distance of several restaurants in Punta Cana Village that were very affordable. I spent time researching this area.
On our arrival to PC, we called the hotel to request the shuttle provided. It finally arrived and to us to the hotel. The facility looked new and fresh with a beautiful lobby, restaurant and lounge. I walked up to check in and was told I had been upgraded. I asked what I was upgraded to and was told the Westin PC Resort. I asked why and was told that NCL arranged this which was not true.
NCL had no knowledge of our hotel arrangements as I set this and my flights up. I told the clerk that I did not want to transfer to no avail. The Westin was gorgeous but out of the way with only their restaurants for food. We ended up spending about $100.00 for a mediocre meal.,At least at the 4 Points there were WALKABLE options. I was left with a bitter feeling not to mention having to wait well over an hour+ for transport to the Westin after watching multiple people involved in the airline industry getting preferential transfers. I realize this is not Bookings.com fault but you contract with these hotels that we choose from. This will make me think twice before using your service again. I believe the hotel was overbooked and that the staff was dishonest about this.

Cons:

Nous avions réservés plusieurs mois à l'avance. En arrivant à l'aéroport de Punta Cana nous avons reçu un message pour nous indiquer que notre réservation était annulée pour cause de surbooking .Nous avons était surclassés dans un hôtel beaucoup plus loin de l'aéroport ce qui nous arrangeait pour notre avion du lendemain. Une situation pour le moins désagréable.

Très bel établissement après un long voyage !
Pros:

Tout d’abord son emplacement très proche de l’aéroport ( 5 minutes en taxi ). Ensuite l’ambiance générale de l’hôtel , très acceuillante . L’ ensemble du personnel est accueillant et souriant . La chambre était vaste et très propre. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était parfait et nous y avons mangé deux fois, la nourriture était bonne à des prix raisonnables .
Enfin, une mention particulière pour le petit-déjeuner qui a été magnifique. Bref, ce fut une très belle expérience !
