ok, only wanted a place to sleep for the one night
Pros:

generally a good experience, no features stood out

Cons:

it was difficult to turn on the heat in the room (cool at night). the staff who came to my room did not speak English and it was frustrating to wait for a solution

Excellent breakfast, the room and, they have 2 shuttles for free, 1 to the airport and other to Playa blanca. great service and also you have more stores close to the hotel.

Buena ubicación pero muy mal valor por el precio
Pros:

La ubicación para estar cerca del aeropuerto es muy buena.

Cons:

Se me hizo carisimo para lo que ofrece, la habitación se siente oscura y mal diseñada... literal tenia un armario a medio pasillo frente a la entrada. Deberia costar cuando mucho la mitad de lo que pagamos.

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel im Zentrum.
Der kostenlose Shuttle zum wunderschönen und ruhigem Strand (inklusive Liegen und Schirm) und zum Flughafen sind großartig!
Es gibt ein sehr leckeres und vielfältiges Frühstück.
Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Irritante. El mail de aviso de bookin me lo enviaron yo estando en el hotel.
Cons:

Al momento de llegar al hotel me informaron que el hotel estaba sobrevenido y que me habían referido a otro hotel. Fui por trabajo a reuniones y todo fue un fracaso

La calidad se mide en lo que comes.
Pros:

Atención del personal, limpieza, hambiente.

Cons:

La calidad del hotel es buena pero me parece excesivo los precios por noche.
La carta de comida se queda corta si tienes una estancia de varios días y la dorada que comí era congelada, con lo que cuesta debería de ser fresca.

Pero me han acogido muy bien.

Nice Hotel For Travelers
Pros:

We stayed here post cruise as the location was near the airport and near local restaurants. Across the street is a small mall with a pharmacy and numerous very good restaurants. The environment was safe. We ate locally for lunch but the happy hour buffet was very good for dinner. Best of all was the amazing breakfast buffet....the best we have ever had at a hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds and building were very nice. We utilized the hotel shuttle both to & from the airport. Our trip to the airport from the hotel worked perfectly.

Cons:

The hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel was not as efficient as to the airport. There is a courtesy phone to summon the shuttle in the airport, but if not for the help of a wonderful bilingual speaking airport employee, getting through to the hotel front desk was not easy.

Immer wieder gerne.
Pros:

Wir durften schon eher ins Zimmer und auch kostenfrei länger bleiben. Shuttleservice hat super gekappt und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gab ein tolles Frühstück für jeden Geschmack. Würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.
