Pros:

la chambre est très bien organisée avec une petite entrée pour se déshabiller après une journée de randonnée.Le reste est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Les repas servis sont de qualité. le personnel était très prévenant.

Cons:

Il y avait un petit soucis dans notre chambre, elle sentait l'humidité. Mais il faut préciser que nous avons eu une énorme tempête au cours de notre séjour. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas deux fauteuil dans la chambre, qui est pourtant très spacieuse. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de vue depuis les chambres.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, aber dennoch nah zu den Restaurants und Supermärkten. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und nett. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, insbesondere die Kuchen. Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden!

Très propre, très confortable et agréable, très bien chauffée, un plaisir de se retrouver à l’hôtel après une grosse journée de randonnée. Une mention spéciale pour le personnel exceptionnel, alors que j’avais oublié mes lunettes de vue dan la chambre après mon Check out, ils m’ont contacté et ont fait déposer les lunettes à El Calafate, soit à plus de 3h de route je jour même. Un geste que je n’oublierai pas! Idéal pour un séjour de qualité à El Chaten, je recommande vivement. Merci beaucoup
