Pros:

Хорошие апартаменты, рядом есть все необходимое. Несмотря на близость к вакханалии, спать было комфортно

Cons:

Учитывая близость к различного вида барам, контингент составляет деды. Мне лично было не приятно с ними в одном бассейне находиться. А к жилью вопросов нет.

Soi Buakhao mitten drin
Pros:

Lage, Lage, Lage. Fantastisch direkt vor Treetown. Schönes, geräumiges Apartment mit super Ausstattung inkl. SmartTV. Trotz Nähe zu den Bars habe ich diesmal in meinem Apartment im 3. OG nichts gehört.

Cons:

Leider kein Fahrstuhl.
Der Pool war zu warm. Das Thermometer hat 39°C angezeigt, was wärmer als meine Badewanne ist.
Keine Herdplatten – aber kochen wollte ich eh nicht.
Bei Nutzung der Abluft im Bad kam etwas Kanalluft hoch, was nicht so schön roch.
Trotz der paar Makel klar eine Top Empfehlung.
Das Problem ist, dass die meisten Apartments bis 3 Jahre im voraus reserviert sind.

Preiswerte und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft (Appartement) in zentraler Lage mit schönem Pool.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Soi Buakhao gegenüber dem Bar-/Marktkomplex Tree Town. Es gibt sehr viele Bars und Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in fußläufiger Nähe. Die Soi Buakhao ist eine enge und sehr stark befahrene Straße ohne besondere Fußwege, was gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, wenn man das nicht kennt. Trotz der vielen Bars war das Zimmer sehr ruhig, da es zum Pool hin gelegen war. Der kleine Balkon ist praktisch, um Wäsche trocken zu können. Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist gut und durchdacht. Allerdings gab es keinen Kaffee oder Tee als kostenlose Beigabe, wie das bei vielen Hotels der Fall ist. Es handelt sich um ein Appartement in einer 24h bewachten und gepflegten Anlage. Der freundliche Manager hat uns persönlich mit einem kostenlosen Drink empfangen und uns die Anlage beim Einchecken gezeigt. Das Fitness-Studio ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet und klimatisiert. Die Anlage verfügt über ein kleines und preiswertes Restaurant, in dem man Thai- und europäische Gerichte bekommen kann. Ich habe das Zimmer allerdings ohne Frühstück gemietet, da es in naher Umgebung viele Restaurants und Cafes für ein Frühstück gibt. Zum Beispiel hat ein Hotel in der Sai Song Road, das ca. 500m entfernt lag, ein komplettes Frühstücksbuffet für 150 Baht angeboten. Dies ist selbst für Pattaya ein ziemlich unschlagbarer Preis.

Cons:

Etwas Kaffee oder Tee als kostenlose Beigabe zum Zubereiten auf dem Zimmer wäre perfekt gewesen. Ist allerdings kein großer Minuspunkt, da man sich diese Sachen in fußläufiger Umgebung selbst besorgen kann. Ein 7/11 ist gleich um die Ecke gelegen. Nicht gut ist die stark befahrene und enge Straße Soi Buakhao ohne Fußwege. Man muss hier als Fußgänger ständig auf der Hut sein. Ein Vorteil ist allerdings, dass die Pick-up Sammeltaxis (Songthaew) ständig in beide Richtungen fahren für 10 Baht pro Person. Pattaya hat wie viele andere Orte in der heißen Jahreszeit offenbar Probleme mit der Kanalisation. Aus jedem Kanaldeckel drang ein übler Geruch. Dies sind allerdings keine Mängel, die im Verantwortungsbereich der gut gepflegten Unterkunft liegen.

Schönes, geräumiges Apartment mit super Ausstattung inkl SmatrTV..
Trotzt Nähe zu den Bars habe ich in meinem Apartment im 2 OG nichts gehört.
Der Besitzer hat sich hervorragend um alle Belange gekümmert.

Cons:

Leider kein Fahrstuhl.
Keine Herdplatten - aber kochen wollte ich eh nicht.

Good value in great location for nightlife and golf bars.
Pros:

Great location directly opposite tree town but not overly disturbed by the noise as the hotel was set back slightly from soi buckhao - surprisingly quiet for its location! Stay here if you want somewhere walking distance to Tree town, LK Metro and soi pothole. Quite literally, one minute walk from the front entrance. Outdoor swimming pools and a gym. Small cafe beside the pool and there is an on-site laundry. It seems to be a little enclave of three or four hotels under different management. The others were set back further from the main road so may be even quieter (do your research). Good value for what I was looking for which was somewhere near the golf bars on soi LK.

Cons:

All good if you want bars etc but if you want a beach type holiday this is probably not the place for you (that said, the beachfront is only a 10-15 minute walk and is really cleaned up, by the way - you can sit on the sand day or night without any hassle or harassment). There was no lift in this place so I had to lug my baggage up to the third floor. I don't know if the other hotels in the compound had lifts but if stairs are a challenge, especially in hot weather, ask for something on a lower floor.

Ta und das gesamte Team waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Das restaurant kann ich nur empfehlen.Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.Das war mein fünfter Urlaub in Pattaya und ich muss sagen das war die beste Unterkunft.

Would stay here again, but I prefer a different location.
Pros:

This accommodation is very good, comfortable and safe.
Cleaned frequently and staff helful and friendly.
Although in the heart of noisy soi Bukhao, this series of condo`s was almosy=t free of noise.
The security staff at the entrance were very good at their job, but remained friendly and vigilant.

Cons:

No lift.
