Ta und das gesamte Team waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Das restaurant kann ich nur empfehlen.Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.Das war mein fünfter Urlaub in Pattaya und ich muss sagen das war die beste Unterkunft.

Great location directly opposite tree town but not overly disturbed by the noise as the hotel was set back slightly from soi buckhao - surprisingly quiet for its location! Stay here if you want somewhere walking distance to Tree town, LK Metro and soi pothole. Quite literally, one minute walk from the front entrance. Outdoor swimming pools and a gym. Small cafe beside the pool and there is an on-site laundry. It seems to be a little enclave of three or four hotels under different management. The others were set back further from the main road so may be even quieter (do your research). Good value for what I was looking for which was somewhere near the golf bars on soi LK.

This accommodation is very good, comfortable and safe.
Cleaned frequently and staff helful and friendly.
Although in the heart of noisy soi Bukhao, this series of condo`s was almosy=t free of noise.
The security staff at the entrance were very good at their job, but remained friendly and vigilant.

La ubicación es perfecta cerca de todo. Hay mucho bar de chicas por la noche pero sin problema el dueño super amable.. habitación super limpia. Muy recomendable

The apartments are very pleasant and have all the expected amenities and the wifi worked fine. I was given a tour of the room by a very pleasant gentleman and then given the keys. There is a cafe on the premises which is open till about 8PM. The swimming pool looked very nice, unfortunately I didn't get the chance to use it. Though the apartment complex is very quiet, you are only a couple of minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Soi Buakhao. There are numerous restaurants, bars and... other places of interest within a 10-minute walking distance. The driveway to the apartments has a 24-hour 7-Eleven on one side and a 24-hour McDonald's on the other, so you will never go hungry. The nightly rate was very reasonable indeed for Western European standards.

All the staff were great , very friendly atmosphere, ideally situated. 10 All day long.

The location of the hotel is very good, walkable distance from the Pattaya beach.

The place is a bit of a paradox. It’s located right in the middle of the action, directly on a Songthaew route, so you would naturally expect noise. However, once you enter the compound, it becomes remarkably quiet. The residence sits behind the nearby venues, which makes it exceptionally peaceful. The balconies face an inner courtyard with palm trees and other plants, creating an oasis-like atmosphere. There are also two swimming pools available for guests. I had no issues with bringing in visitors.

The rooms are clean, with both soft (Western-style) and hard (Asian-style) beds available. The bathrooms are up to Nordic standards, meaning there’s no need to deal with water heater adjustments. I initially stayed for a couple of nights but ended up extending my stay. The value for money is excellent, and if I visit central Pattaya again, I will definitely book this place again.
