De Green Inn Serua

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel; it was, by far, the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. I had booked for 2 nights but ended up staying only 1 night due to jet lag and a tight schedule, which left me too exhausted to seek alternative lodging on the first night.

The accommodation was in a relatively new apartment building, but my room was in poor condition, as if it hadn’t been cleaned. It was a studio apartment, and the cleanliness was subpar.

The reception was hidden and unimpressive, almost like a makeshift laundry area. The receptionist seemed untrained, lacking basic hospitality. He simply checked my ID, showed me to the room, and provided a WhatsApp contact for assistance.

The linen was not clean; the white sheets had turned gray from being old or poorly cleaned. I was reluctant to use the bed but had no choice due to my exhaustion.

There was only one small towel, which was not a standard bath size and appeared to be frayed. I didn’t want to use it but had no alternative as I hadn’t brought my own.

The bathroom was in a disgusting state, and there was cigarette residue on the balcony. The air conditioning was ineffective, the TV didn’t work properly, and the sink was filthy. The floor also appeared to be inadequately cleaned.

I regret every penny spent on this booking. This hotel does not meet basic standards and shouldn’t be listed on any platform. I do not recommend this accommodation.
