Cons:

La chambre que nous avons réservée ne correspondait pas aux photos publiées sur le site de Booking. Plutôt déçu par le confort de la chambre mais le personnel était accueillant.

Great quality for the cost
Pros:

The staff was exceptional and helped us a lot with booking a ferry ticket.
Baggages were transported from the entrance to the room when we checked in, and back when we checked out.
There's a laundry service for an extra fee.
The room is spacious.
They also sell some snacks and drinks.

Cons:

Cold water only for the shower.
Had a problem with the reservation, the room was already booked and we had to pay the difference with the new room.
