Great location, friendly staff and excellent food at the restaurant.
We had selected a room with 2 beds. The room we were given had a terrible smell and what appeared to be mildew in one corner. When we asked to be moved to a different room, the only option was to share a Queen bed. The new room was super clean and smelled fresh.
My son also had a room with a Queen bed and his room was great.
I would stay there again.
The pizza at the restaurant was excellent, the breakfast was very good. We like the food so much that we ate all our meals there.

No elevator.
Staff & attendants were very nice. Location is very convenient, a lot of shops and restaurants are within reach. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is average.
No elevators. And hot water shower finishes quickly and its exhausting during winter.
It is really 10/10 and the operator is helpful. I am able to leave my luggage with them before check in time & after check out, that is the biggest help that I could ever request. Large restaurant at the ground floor which I could grab food anytime and it is very convenient.
Location is at the main street too, another plus point.

It has a restaurant downstairs thats really good. Staff were helpful. Found it very comfy, as I was sick and spent most of the time in the room.
The location was a bit outside the centre, but still okay. I thought it was a bit expensive to have some basic things that don't work, like not a single door in our room closed and the front door couldn't be locked with key.
The property is beautiful. Food is good. Service is 10/10. I loved that they accommodated our request for change of dates, free of charge.

La luce nel corridoio accesa tutta la notte ed entrava nella stanza perché la porta aveva il vetro. Colazione lenta nell'essere preparata (30 minuti). Bere della colazione non incluso. Troppo costoso per i servizi offerti. Sconsigliato
Nous avons aimé l'emplacement central, le calme de l'hôtel, la chambre grande, confortable et très propre, la salle de bain avec pare-douche, le ménage quotidien, les petits déjeuners inclus et à la carte, le grand choix de repas au restaurant de l'hôtel, la gentillesse et l'efficacité du personnel.
Seule chose à revoir, les fixations des tringles à rideaux, des étagères et des porte-serviettes se décrochant des murs.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious with a balcony.
There was a wide variety of options at breakfast, and everything tasted very good.
In the evening, we ordered pizza and pasta, which were excellent.
