Excellent Choice
Pros:

The Staff are nice and easy to approach.
The room is great it’s spacious we can roam around our room. We enjoyed our stay here much cheaper compare to others. The room is clean including the beds and linens they also change our towels after using it once.
We love the free breakfast tasty and good plus the vegetables are really fresh..
I highly recommend this accommodation.
Location smart walking distance to sunplaza and other tourist spot in Sapa.

Cons:

The stairs.
They don’t have lift/elevator just stairs hehe and it’s kinda tiring especially when your room is located at 5th floor like us. But Overall everything is good.

Great place to stay while visiting Sapa.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff and excellent food at the restaurant.

Cons:

We had selected a room with 2 beds. The room we were given had a terrible smell and what appeared to be mildew in one corner. When we asked to be moved to a different room, the only option was to share a Queen bed. The new room was super clean and smelled fresh.
My son also had a room with a Queen bed and his room was great.
I would stay there again.
The pizza at the restaurant was excellent, the breakfast was very good. We like the food so much that we ate all our meals there.

Excellent Location
Pros:

Staff & attendants were very nice. Location is very convenient, a lot of shops and restaurants are within reach. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is average.

Cons:

No elevators. And hot water shower finishes quickly and its exhausting during winter.

10/10 to recommend this accomodation
Pros:

It is really 10/10 and the operator is helpful. I am able to leave my luggage with them before check in time & after check out, that is the biggest help that I could ever request. Large restaurant at the ground floor which I could grab food anytime and it is very convenient.
Location is at the main street too, another plus point.

Cons:

Nothing negative.
