Pros:

את המיקום, את הנוף, את המלון עצמו, את ארוחת הבוקר. לא השתמשנו במתקני הספא אבל בסיור שערכנו, התרשמנו מאד

Cons:

קצת לא אהבנו שהסמיכות לא היו עם ציפות, אלא סדין שעליה סמיכת צמר. כנראה 'זה עדיין צקובל בחלק מהמלונות באיטליה

Pros:

Staff is friendly and attentive. Room was clean. The views and scenery were amazing

Cons:

They kept forgetting to replenish the toilet paper. Even after calling reception. Restaurant is pricey.

Pros:

The reception staff was good but the restaurant staff was not polite at all.
The food at the restaurant was quite disappointing and they did not even have the courtesy to apologise for the bad experience.
The hotel is a no frills hotel though it mentions luxury hotel. The provide disposable glasses for tea, coffee and water in the rooms. There is no service provided. Overall we were disappointed given the price we paid for the hotel

Highly recommend
Pros:

The surroundings were wonderful, nature, gardens - beautiful. Rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast great with a lot of choice and the staff was helpful and nice. Restaurant was also great as well as sauna part.
